For y’all who think Michigan ain’t doing enough obviously don’t know football! Michigan has done a great job so far and if the season was to start now. Michigan would be top tier! Just bcuz we not getting EVERYBODY out the portal doesn’t mean they now placing the pieces to the puzzle in the right places
Thank you. You have people out there that think every problem will be fixed overnight. They aren’t going to be a championship team in Underwoods first season. People have no patience.
Many non-playoff college football teams are experiencing no star player “sit-outs” for the NFL draft. AL is just one of them. Their schools’ players are “all in” in spite of risks. They seem tolook at it as a final chance to showcase their skills before a talent-hungry audience. OK we understand the injury possibilities. They are real for sure; but why do some players play in spite of the risks and others sit it out? Do they owe any loyalty at all to the schools’ athletic programs for scholarship, NIL, and other cash benefits? A very interesting conundrum. What do you folks think? It may be the high draft round likelies have more to lose than the lower candidates. What say you?
Three names to watch for, Marsh, Browder and recent portal pick up McCulley. I agree with Coach Moore, Andrew Marsh is elite. Browder is 6’4” and said to have the best hands/ball skills of anyone is the 2025 class. McCulley is another big extremely athletic target at 6’5” 215. Search these names on TH-cam and you’ll see what MI is building. Its going to be fun to watch.
This is basically a big scrimmage for Michigan, our best players are not playing to get ready for draft. So it will be a good scrimmage for our young guys against good competition. I expect bama to win big, but it doesn’t matter.
Michigan coaches need to start pushing harder in the portal to get OL and weapons for Bryce! I’m sure they’re trying but man it’s so lackluster so far.
2 6’5 receivers & a 6’3 4 star the best pass blocking o lineman in the nation & andrew babalola & potential ty haywood & the top rb room in the country, i think their cooking
@ I’m talking about the portal mainly. The recruiting class is amazing but a lot of those guys won’t be ready to play their freshman year. We need portal guys to supplement the guys we’re losing after this season.
We're picking the guys we need not want. Don't forget the teams that lose those players might hit the portal also. So we have about a week for the portal to close
@ I would love them to win and win in a blowout, but I am a realist. I see what Michigan will has left in the cupboard and what Alabama does. If Michigan beats them it will be an upset, even greater than their upset of Ohio St. Sherron Moore will become a legend in his first year going 7-5.
@@matthewhuszarik4173 last I checked even if you take out Graham and Grant, our defense is significantly better than Oklahoma. Remind me how much Bama scored against them?
Bryce the best i ever seen at this stage or age... dude flat out can touch anywhere on the field from the pocket and likes too.... Hate we( Lsu) invested so much in him to take his talent else where
For what its worth im sorry that your loss is my gain. When i heard the news i said WTF how did that happen LSU is gonna be pissed. Im sure you will still be formidable your the LSU Tigers for fucks sake. Good luck to you and your team next season maybe Michigan and LSU play in the playoffs one year soon.
@bradgrafstein4723 hes been replaced already with michael van Buren... we pretty excited about this one.. started as a freshman and threw for 300 an 3 tds against Ga... under Armour mvp 2024 and he gone learn behind nuss a year so it turned out best for both teams plus we used that bryce money to land the no#1 portal class as well including van buren.. we also got a 17 year old that was going to compete with Bryce name colin HURLEY he reclassfied to 24 but he was 25 class we been grooming him a year already
Underwood is maybe comparable to Ohio State’s Super Freshman QB Tavian St Claire, 6-4 235, who reminds a lot of scouts of KC QB Pat Mahomes. St Claire has a great arm, great touch, and excellent mobility. I doubt Underwood is as good a passer as St Claire but he may be a slightly better runner. The only knock on St Claire is that he comes from a small school. Truthfully, they are both Elite QB Prospects, both ranked nation’s #1 prospect by different rating services. Tavian St Claire towered above everyone else at the Elite 11 Competition, where he was voted the most accurate passer, and also supposedly had the best Arm, although Alabama recruit from Texas won the 7 on 7 team contest at Elite 11, and for that was named MVP.
Tavian St Claire will likely be #2 QB at Ohio State next year behind Julian Sayin who was #1 QB and won Elite 11 last year. Sayin is super quick processing his reads, has good quick release but only average size at 6-1 200. The Ohio State Coaches say Sayin is a Football Savant. Football Genius with his reads. Likely Sayin will start 2025, 2026 and then Tavian St Claire will take over 2027, 2028. In contrast, it sounds like Underwood will be rushed into service at Michigan as a true freshman?
I don’t have a score but I’d say I do expect Alabama to come the victor mainly because of the talent loss plus the holdouts. Going to be complete different team almost. And we still have yet to hear what Kenneth Grant will do. I know Alabama will also have somewhat the same situation but for whatever reason coming off a 7-5 year, I’m hard pressed to see a victory. That said, if Michigan were able to field the same team that played OSU I’d actually feel they’d have a chance. GO BLUE
I know everyone always says for a new QB we need to get him weapons referring to WR.,, No a new QB needs a great OL and a pass catching Tight End .. it always seems like new QB’s have a hard time with the speed of the game at first ,,it’s nice to have a big ol TE to throw to underneath to get that confidence up and keep the chains moving and if the Kid is good enough he’ll get the ball to anyone..look at Tom Brady dude made a living making average receivers look good but he had Gronk ..oh and a good running back to take some pressure off the kid never hurt either… Wide Receiver is if you ask me the most over rated position… Ohio has had elite Wide Receivers these last 4 years and it’s led to zero wins against Michigan ..of course you always want a great Receiver no doubt who doesn’t ….But,if l had to build a team that would be the last position group I’d worry about…
Bryce Underwood is promising. But THEN last year we were assured with all the talent brought on, competition between existing great QBs, that the Wolverines would again be in the run for a Big 10 title and National Championship. So -- after all the talk and hype eventually reality - the actual season - will start.
I think without Michigan’s stars they’ll get killed by Alabama. Milroe is playing at QB, Ryan Williams a Superstar Fresh WR similar to Jeremiah Smith, their 1st round OG is playing, …

Facts brother that’s wat I’ve been saying tha whole time our team gon come out next season lookin completely different from last year
Thank you. You have people out there that think every problem will be fixed overnight. They aren’t going to be a championship team in Underwoods first season. People have no patience.
@ exactly
I agree and the other thing is, we need to maintain our culture. Really only the coaches know who we want on the team.
Good morning brothers and go blue Amen 😁🙏

How foolish you pay these people $100. Wow. Either you are rich in life or very poor in OSU spirit!

My thoughts, exactly… however, Herbstreit thinks we’re gonna win

Hell I think you just finished cooking 😂@@codenamezo657

Michigan must restock the OL & DL. Playoff games in December are won by running the ball at will and superior defense.
Michigan has a lot of missing players Alabama doesn’t. If it isn’t a 45 point blow out by Alabama it will be success.
alabama is getting raided
@ No as bad as Michigan.
You still haven't got it... never doubt the Wolverines....

What does this mean for Jaden Davis? Does he enter the portal maybe after next season?
They have spring portal
By what I hear he wants to get his degree from Michigan before he transfers so may stick around a few years.
He needs to stay. He ll see the field. Bryce and Jayden can just make each other better.

He is a freshman he will make freshman mistakes and you have to address the other cavernous holes on the roster
Subbed
Michigan needs to offer a Bryce Bag to Carlos Mendoza, Zachariah Branch, Zion Brancrh, Justice Haynes, and Tacario Davis.

Is Bryce Underwood eligible to play? In the bowl game?
No they can’t play this season
Uhh...no
Too many crucial players opting out for us to be that confident about this game

He's huge. He's every bit of 6'4" in bare feet.
Losing to Vanderbilt this year is different...
Can Michigan place players around him with the same fire!
Nobody said they were blown away, Come on.
Incredible! Teammates speaking kindly of their teammate!? Wow I've never seen that before 😂

As of right now. Alabama has no players sitting out. Michigan’s big 3 (Loveland, Graham, and will ) are sitting out. But! Ya boy got faith. Go blue
Bama has a slew of players that hit the portal. Go Blue
I hate the sitting out crap. Play the game!
@@larrydalegend99 you right hittin the portal is the same as sitting out.

If they have to throw in a freshman QB, 9 times out of 10, that’s bad news. Hoping a portal QB can buffer him in.
Bro you're killing me, injured players and everyone sitting out? Take it to the Tide lmao
I'm a realest, this game won't be close
michigan 28 alabama 21
Go Blue!! He is a dog!!
How the “Blank” is this guy going to perform w/o Spygate?
He needs Conner…Get a mask, hire him back Wolvie, it’s ur only hope
Impossible to estimate Michigan’s bowl game, but it’s irrelevant; the core of the team won’t even be playing.
Let’s call it Alabama 27, Michigan 16
When this kid is a bust, we will all point and laugh
What good is it to have a 5* QB when you don't have anyone to throw the ball to?
Jj made it work. If THEE KAREN STATE BUCKEYES didn't give TCU our signs, he would have had 2 national championship.
Semaj Morgan is solid he just didn't have anyone to get him the ball 😂 we recruited a couple of guys and the portal is running wild brother
@backwoodbilly5975 I like Morgan, but we need more speed and we could use a big receiver beside our tight ends

All 6'5" of McCully will work ok.
Probably a bust
