Everybody has an other way of working or handling...It starts with the place where you buy the chicken. In Europe or the USA, the food is almost completely clean when we buy it.. Los latinoamericanos critican demasiado en este canal... que si, en nuestros paises tienen sus formas de preparar el caldo o sus platillos, que normalmente involucra meter toda la gallina en una olla. Pero esto es otro pais, tienen otras tradiciones y formas de hacer las cosas, y estoy seguro de que les queda delicioso. Asi que dejen de criticar. Y mucho menos por el nombre, ella solo le pone nombre en japones, el algoritmo de youtube lo traduce, asi que en vez de decirle gallina simplemente le pone pollo...

THANKFULLY there wasn't a sugar/oil syrup poured on top (sauce)! I would have liked a few mushrooms, and maybe a light citrus sauce to the side. Looked WONDERFUL!
