I cannot stand when people shame others for losing weight. Who cares how you lose it. Different strokes for different folks. Some people can change their diet, habits and exercise. The weight will melt off. For others that may not work so they need extra help. The goal is to be healthy regardless of how you get there. You look great! Keep it up

Hey girl.. keep doing what ur doing n let the haters hate.. I have been on my self care fix n I'm loving it. Mentally physically it all inter twine. I am down 6 pounds so far toning up pretty good. N all tho it don't seem like much it makes a difference. I lost both my parents last year n I really hit a bump in the road. N kind of lost myself. And I had a health epiphany 2 years ago. Gained 30 pounds from 2020-2022, but had enough and made a lifestyle change. Watched what I ate and incorporated an intermittent fasting lifestyle, to combat menopause symptoms, but also found that I lost more weight. Lol. Since then I lost the 30 pounds and another 5 pounds. 🎉🎉🎉

It’s just like me eating 3 fruits a day. I just rather the juice from the fruit some days because I’m on the go. My choices are very slim out here lol all I can eat are fruits and vegetables I have to change it up sometimes

You are absolutely right. My health is Luxury. I add lemon & ginger to my green tea with 2 tbsp of ACV and it is life-changing for me. I am losing 2 sometimes 2.5 lbs a week. I too am very girly but, I was not happy with my weight so I decided to make a lifestyle change starting with my mindset, eating habits, exercising, and staying consistent. You definitely will need to put in the work if you want change to happen for yourself.
