      I learned this totally by accident. I was in the shower, getting ready to shave when I realized how little shaving cream I had left.
      I grabbed the conditioner, and used it, just because it was there.🤷🏽‍♀️

    • @JG-gb1jg
      @JG-gb1jg ปีที่แล้ว

      Charcoal is NOT good for your teeth! I am a registered dental hygienist. Charcoal will cause people with certain dental restorations like clear resin fillings to have a gray color appear around the fillings. More importantly, charcoal is too abrasive and will wear away your enamel, causing your teeth to appear yellow in the future. The yellow color is because the 2nd layer of your teeth (dentin) is yellow, so the abrasive charcoal will wear away the white enamel and expose the yellow layer also causing sensitivity!

    Try waxing not shaving if you can. I am in my 50s now and started waxing in my early 20s. Most hair didn't even grow back in my 30s. And I was really hairy!

    • @phantomthread4385
      @phantomthread4385 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @Mariah Fox basically I started when the hair was a bit long. I used wax strips but the wax pots you get on Amazon will be better I think. Never regretted it. Seriously, my arms and legs were like a forest. Now at 52 I maybe wax small areas once or twice a year! In the beginning I used to cut the strips as I was getting used to it as small strips are quicker and easier. Shaving and cream was just awful for me cos with waxing at least the regrowth gets a lot softer the more you do it.

      @@toothfairy430 I wasn’t brushing my teeth for over a year while in an abusive relationship, couldn’t bite down on my front teeth because of how bad it was. Oil pulling SAVED my teeth. I genuinely would have tooth decay/multiple cavities right now if not for oil pulling, and I just recently started using something called coco orange brite (or bright) that works wonders too. Oil pulling works, it’s amazing, and if you think your teeth are too far gone I promise doing this for 10 minutes a day will change that or make a huge difference. It also HELPS GET RID OF SMOKING STAINS. Kindly, oil pulling saved my teeth and thousands of dollars in mouth surgery, and I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with tooth issues or mouth hygiene. I won’t brush my teeth without oil pulling now since it seems redundant, and feels like it’s not going to get enough clean.
