    My late grandfather was joiner and always wanted me to follow in his footsteps. I went in a different direction, but I have a love of wood, and it feels like it's in my blood. I'm past 50 now, so too late to change career, but these videos are inspiring me to do a self build. Perhaps if he's looking down I can make him proud. Maybe if they have the internet where ever he is, he might be watching you as well Liam.

    Excellent video. We viewers live for the "warts and all" approach that you so professionally demonstrate. And by avoiding the "edited highlights" versions that some other YT creators show we can see exactly what needs to be done at every step of the process. Thank you.

    Liam yet another great video blimey you really got those 3 walls sorted quickly it's amazing what you can do on your own. I especially liked the way you gained a bit extra height to get the front wall plumb I think I would have to have sunk a lot more screws in it to get me up there. Brilliant content keep up the good work. Also, a shout out to Davey he is doing a brilliant job on the camera.

    Moved into new house which already had a 4mx4m log cabin that's im converting into a pubshed but these videos have made me really want to build a new garden room for pool table & games room etc. Trying to convince the wife though is proving trickier than it looks to build it. Hopefully though I'll be buying a build pack soon. Great stuff Liam, your determination to clearly show in detail how to do each little part is a massive credit to you.

      Does the build pack include where to purchase the materials? Does it include the sizes and where to buy the black corrugated sheets for the back? Thinking of buying a pack but the website just says it’s a list and instructions so would be good to know from somebody who has purchased one. Thanks.

    • @d1ffer
      @d1ffer 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cragly8759 Hi, it does come with a very comprehensive list of materials, but for things like lumber and the corrugated sheets, you'll need to find a local supplier. But all you have to do is send them the list in the build pack.

    Thank you - thank you - thank you!! this is totally giving me the confidence to do this project. I wish you would do a garden room with a pitched roof. I wanted a gable roof (and have gone for planning to get it) and now feel really confident about the walls but need more confidence around gable roof structures (ridge board and roof rafters with the odd collar tie). I wonder if I've bitten off more than I should have for a first ever build?
