I live in the USA and these officer's are very respectful imo. She says they try to act tough. I haven't seen that and it angers me to no end how very disrespectful and rude she is to everyone but ESPECIALLY to the officers. What a hateful little woman!!

In the U.S. she would have been arrested long ago. The police are too patient with her. They should not waste time arguing with her, other than to let her know that if she continues she will be arrested for disturbing the peace interfererence with military personnel, loitering, and falsely impersonating palace authority when she stands there as a guide for photo ops and picking up children. Not all of those charges would stick yet they need to take aggressive action to move her along permanently.
Yes. I am American. She would NOT have been tolerated at the extent she is being tolerated. Police would have searched her back pack and everything on her. She is there so much that people could get desensitized to her. As in not " seeing" her and what she us doing. She is starting to become " scary" so to speak? I think, because of her, not keeping her hands off of the horses when she was very politely told to do so, that everyone, because of her, should no longer be allowed to touch the horses at all. These horses, along with their guards, are on military duty and should be respected.

I find it confusing, too, that the police didn't arrest her. In fact, this crazy Karen lured or carried toddlers to the horse, several times. And several times the horse tried to kick or bite the children. It is also to be mentioned, that she toched the reins several times. This is dangerous.

I think it’s safe to say that we would all like to see her arrested but if she’s not broken any law I guess they can’t do that. In the US we have laws surrounding loitering, which is what she is doing. I firmly believe London should have these horses behind a rope/gate that people can't touch them or get near them. It would help with all of this.

If the horse kicks off because of her taunting then the police can blame themselves for allowing her to carry on. While they are talking to her, they are not looking where they should. She is distracting them.
I find it confusing, too, that the police didn't arrest her. In fact, this crazy Karen lured or carried toddlers to the horse, several times. And several times the horse tried to kick or bite the children. It is also to be mentioned, that she toched the reins several times. This is dangerous.
I am truly amazed at the restraint of both the police and the guards.
Don't respond to her, she's looking to start a fight, just arrest her and move on.

The difficulty is persuading a judge that she is causing a public nuisance or similar charge. Yes, she is annoying, but she isn't breaching the peace so she can stay with the police only able to try and get her to go away.... which they cannot.

The first soldier to speak with her said they had been monitoring her on camera. British cities in general are full of video surveillance that is constantly monitored by police - much more than in the US.

A street angel works in a team of three to five people and passes ones leisure together. A street angel also wears its uniform when on duty. I highly doubt that she works as a street angel. I really do. And if she does, I would like to talk to her pastor or to the other members of the church. The aim of a street angel is to reduce street crime and violent crime. I think it’s safe to say that we would all like to see her arrested but if she’s not broken any law I guess they can’t do that. Isn’t there some way to bring her in for questioning, not arrest, but questioning as to why she is being a public nuisance and to try to reason with her. Perhaps if there were mental health officers present during the questioning they could declare her in need of psychiatric help. Or is there just some way to bring her in for disturbing the peace. I have seen this woman in so many different videos and she ruins the whole experience for anyone that is visiting the king's domain. She is rude and overbearing, and i guarantee she has ruined so many family photos. The horses definitely do not like this woman - they pin their ears back which is the first sign she makes these horses so uncomfortable. Then she proceeds to keep trying to touch these poor horses making them very nervous. The police officers need to physically remove her and ban her from coming back. She's a trouble-maker and a pest!
