If I was that guard I would get that Horse to give her a serious injury on her foot and it would serve her right for her stupidity but I think the guard is being kind and treating her like a child but she is a dangerous child

They don't need to. She can be warned she will be arrested and charged with trespass and harassment (even stalking) plus there may be something about the children after being ordered to stay away (she wont). She is placing people at risk. Having returned, she can be arrested and charged, and a Magistrate at hearing can either place her on a Bond or fine. She would most certainly break the bond in which case she would go to gaol. She is a criminal right now but of course the Horse Guards can do nothing. It is up to the Command to seek Police involvement to the maximum.
This lady is obviously deranged. I worry about the possibility of her doing something scary to one of the guards or one of the horses. This isn’t going to end well.
Someone else said and it’s true she cups her hand under the horse’s mouth as if she has hay or a sugar cube treat. She agitates the horse because he expects to have food. You can see it happening In this video. Also her cackling and movement make him nervous.
People don't want her in their shots and she's that ignorant she can't see it. Doesn't help that she's cheap so called amusement for the people filming her. Perhaps the guards should join forces and all withdraw back until she moves on, she may then get the message. For me it's the insane cackle laugh that drives me to distraction and puts me off watching. I can't believe that none of the public haven't asked her to get out of their shots.
The public only have interaction with her on one day so they don't know what a menace she is. She keeps pushing to see what she can get away with. The police are useless and should have dealt with her on day one.
I think the guards may have figured out the best way to deal with her by simply moving their horses away every time she goes to touch them. She was pretty annoyed at having to simply stand and look instead of pretending she had a special bond with the horses and gazing around with that “look at me” face she puts on. Summons for what? Being the most annoying person on earth isn’t illegal. In Canada this wouldn’t happen because you don’t have to go far to find riding stables and horses you can not only pat but ride, even in the major cities. When I taught kids from the Isle of Dogs in east London most of them had never seen an actual living horse except in the movies.
In Australia she could be issued with a “direction to move on” for anti-social behaviour, however it needs for someone to bring it to the attention of the authorities

I think that woman is a pickpocket she stands way to close to people always put her hands on them while there distracted with trying to move in for a picture and at the same time not getting to close to the guard and horse.

This woman knows very well that she should not hold the reins, I have heard her tell people that. I'm beginning to think she wants them to try and arrest her, kick up a fuss to get herself in the news, then try and get compensation for police being nasty to her.

She has no respect for the guards or the horse. I don't know why this women is not arrested. She acts like she is a tourist guide.
She is being defiant. She is seeing how far that she can go. She even said "look I will touch the reins" then went up to the horse and delibertly grabbed the reins. When the guard shouts at her she laughs. You can see that she has a nasty side to her when she is approached about her behaviour by members of the public.This is our woke police I'm afraid. Those police should never be letting her touch their arm. If I had my child there, and she approached him..I would be telling her where to go. Woke police with guns...

She went back to the horse after the Guard yells at her.
She really makes the guard (on the horse) work so much harder. He has to be alert all the time on the people that are close the horse. And she's not respecting the horses space.
I feel sorry for all the tourist that want to take picture on the guard and the horse and she ends up at their photo to.
The more attention she's getting the worse her behavior comes.
There are signs saying these horses may bite and this pain in the backside is encouraging kids and adults to touch them .why is she allowed to keep harassing everyone?
