If you do stay at Mansilla another time I heartily recommend Albergue Gaia. Superb private albergue with excellent kind hosts. I'm really enjoying watching your 'lightning' camino 🙌
Hello Caroline, it's a shame we didn't get to meet on this stage. I had made a reservation at Gaia but ultimately decided to continue on to León. I came across some fantastic reviews online, so thank you for the recommendation.
Did pedal bike pamplona to SDC 2019 (walked SJDP to pamplona in 2/7) and walked to Finistere. Cycled Porto to SDC in 5/7 2022. My 'tuppence worth' walking is the human rhythm. Cycling is great, bit lots flit by too quick, Muchos gracias

It certainly looks like new age Camino especially for you, carrying so much camera's and drone. The E-bike looks good tech after all it is 2023 not 1023. I especially appreciated the effort that you put out doing the Camino del Norte, as I tried to replicate some film scenarios on the Norte. Most pilgrims pack light and enjoy, As long as my right knee holds I'll keep walking and soak in atmosphere. Gracias amigo
