Going for an FPS Hotline Miami I take it? It sure did a hell of a fine job following that formula! Seems to rely on heavy Procedural Generation as many of the layouts just don't make any sense and prop placement becomes random very quickly. Not a lot of NPC variety either but I can't demand too much from a free game. The destruction physics in particular are super impressive!

@@neongenic well i get it but then again : it’s fucking simple : when the last enemy is killed theres this fade in fade out transition. The only interesting thing in that is that both calm tracks and ennemy tracks fit. But nothing really special there.
There are multiple kick animations, though probably not in the way you'd like, there's one for when you're looking down, one for when you're standing still, and two variants while jumping.

I remember that before the update when you threw a weapon at the enemy it killed them instantly, I don’t like that they changed that because it was nice to throw a pistol at your enemies and then just finish them of with good old foot to the face lol

Wow this game looks like a blend of Bulletstorm, Postal 2 & Painkiller. I miss those ultraviolent games. I wish that game developers & publishers are more passionate towards making games with enjoyable gameplay and not focusing solely on graphics.
I love to modular Hardstyle soundtrack. And those blood splatters are IMMACULATE. If this has a level editor of sorts then I'm SOLD! even thought its free
Great prototype, unlocked all the shoes (Perks / Powerups) to play with them. Some of the requirements for unlocking them are tedious / grindy (Breaking 75 toilets, drink beverages 10 times) But all in all, it's a super quick fun experience.
They should add some variation in how you enter new scenes. IE taking a zipline and crashing through a window. Planting explosives and blowing a hole in the wall. I like the concept of going into a new scene with no idea what's waiting for you and then having to think fast but breaking down the door every single time is kinda silly. I know that's kind of the game's gimmick but i feel like it would be better if they put some creativity into that system. Also, having a punch move that doesn't have as good range as the kick and can't break down doors would be a nice addition without detracting from the central premise since kicking will still be primary.
The movement in this game is CRAZY!!! I would encourage anyone who picks it up to make sure not rely too heavily on guns... it is called Anger FOOT for a reason, after all!
It would make this game so much better if there are more kick abilities. Like imagine drop kicking a guy through a dry wall. The Liu Kang bicycle kick could be used to march forward with a meat shield and you can shoot overhead in a hotel hallway. This would get you to the nearest cover and it stops once you stop or change your direction. More stunts, destructible buildings, and physics would make the game increase in popularity by a huge margin.

It's not procedural. Levels and placement of enemies are the same.

I played this game in earlier stages. it was still amazingly fun then. can't wait to play it again and see how it improved

Cool idea for a game. I loved how fast paced Hotline Miami was and felt there was nothing like it to scratch the itch.
Multiple reload and kick animations would make this a bit more detailed I think. More variation

There are multiple kick animations, though probably not in the way you'd like, there's one for when you're looking down, one for when you're standing still, and two variants while jumping.
You can just code the kicking animations to vary. Reload must stay hand animated tho.
Funny bc regular AAA doesn't even have that. Only games that do it right are killing floor 2 and shadow warrior 2

I like what was done with the music, it only picks up when enemies are in the room, even when you don't see them, and drops off when everyone's dead
