I used to listen to this song and watch this video constantly when it was first posted, which was 13 years ago according to the date on the video… That’s crazy… I always loved the simplicity of the song but also how deep/relatable the lyrics are. They really hit you hard, especially when you’re young and you’re discovering who you are/beginning to learn what love is! The way the lyrics tell the story is great.
Kate Nash is different, she doesn't sing about sex, drugs, or any other crap. Instead you can tell that she sings from her heart and it's beautiful, just beautiful.
