Great video. As always,I definitely enjoy watch8ng you catch fish , but more breakdowns like this on your setups and techniques would be awesome. Hitting lake Sue next thanks to your video
I have used a lot of the JDM baits and DEPS but havent tried these, might have to give them a try after that explanation on how they fall. I use a light belly weighted screw lock hook to get that horizontal fall on other fluke baits which works good in clear water but sounds like these might have a nice shimmy on the fall. Another killer setup using these flukes is the double donkey rig, some insane action with both baits darting in different directions. Your lakes are ideal with that underwater vegetation, they will come up and smoke them.
Hey buddy how you doing? That was good information man. I appreciate you taking the time to make this video. I am going to try those bait out man. I hope you have a good weekend buddy & be safe out there on the water. P.S. I have a question? Do you have a video about how you care your kayak on your Vehicle?
I get that. JDM tackle carries a hefty price tag. That subtle side shimmy on the fall though is absolutely devastating, which is why I pay the money and use them as my go-to fluke. My main issue is getting a hold of them since everyone uses them as the premier hover stroll bait now. Thanks for watching.
@@locodragon28 The standard sakamatas are $10.99 a pack. Definitely not cheap, but I think they are worth it. The real version is about 20 and I only bought a couple to try out. You won't be seeing me toss those around anymore after I run out.

Do you typically go weekends ? Seems like evenings usually for you?
@@thomasduke7953 Definitely going on the weekends, morning and evening. I work some Saturdays, so Sunday is usually my guaranteed fishing day.

I always forget about that rig. As much as I love throwing flukes, I will definitely give that a try. Much appreciated.
April is time to throw the biggest worm!
I use soft plastics about 80% of the time. A lot of variety of them out there

They are great the definitely drills a hole in your bank. Probably something more preferred only for tournaments for me for the price.
