If your grades are not above average then there’s less chance of you getting merit scholarships. But you can still go for low tuition fees institutions or need-based scholarships (if you qualify for those)

There’s 2 ways you can do that: 1) Student visa- you can study full time and work for upto 20 hours per week 2) You are a part time student and working full time. For this, you will require a different visa

There’s 2 ways you can do that:
1) Student visa- you can study full time and work for upto 20 hours per week
2) You are a part time student and working full time. For this, you will require a different visa

Yes, for undergraduate they definitely do. I doubt you will get recent universities with that percentage to be honest but you can still try if you have excellent overall profile. All the best
