How is that possible to send the update witout testing it with Microsoft system first. Especially if your screwup may have a global impact , take your epologies and shove it up ,,,,,,, unbelievable.
Not good enough ... it should be double checked , tripple checked before , Now , too little too late ...

The fact that this update was attempted to be loaded without being tested, without being proven, knowing that this would affect the entire globe is the most incompetent work I have ever seen and heard of in the IT industry. Apparently this CEO and the people that he has in his company do not know what they are doing. You don’t sit and make incompetent mistakes of this nature. If I was actually sitting and in charge of this company, these people would have been fired by now. I have never seen such more incompetence and gross negligence in my life. You’re talking about Microsoft and this company being the linchpin for the entire planet and you make this monumental bonder. Apparently, Booksmart doesn’t also equivalent and the people having common sense. You test what your product is before you distribute it. There are people that work for companies that May or may not even get their paychecks. Now you’re screwing around with peoples livelihood the ability to pay rent mortgages put food on the table pay for a car loan. Gross negligence.
