Have you found what the perfect landline position on the rack, with what length bar gives you the best position and most motion? I just bought this set up, but the handle position feels too far forward, and my landline is on the back hole of my 30inch rack. I was hoping I didn’t need a deeper rack.
I have my landmine set at 40 inches from the post I set my pritchett pad on (that works with my bella bar with short sleeves) I would push my land mine farther back into the rack if i had a longer bar to compensate. if I was limted to a rack dept of 30 inches I think I would find a way to lock my landmine behind the rack w/o a post attachment.
Appreciate the raw and honest feedback on it. Good tip on the abmat
if thye made this with angle adjustable pad it would be a game changer
dude i watch ur videos from mexico good content
Appreciate you brother 😎
I have been moving towards all the attachments with tons of adjustment really are just a pain in the ass, 40 adjustments but I will only use 4.
Couldn’t have said it better, keep it simple stupid
Put a collar on the bar above your handle but below to plate to act as a spacer. Problem solved
Have done that, not a bad idea if you only have 45lbs and have the space on the bar, still limits the bottom stretch
