R&B is life, I have curly hair so I use a bit more than that on dry hair. I would also recommend Queen Bee from Lush 😍
i was always worried that it would be ineffective because my hair type is thin and has no texture but it does something for every hair type which is nice! i had a demo of queen bee once but i havent seen it in store recently now that you've mentioned it, I'll be on the lookout next time i go yey
Ok. I'm late to comment on this but nevertheless I must say that you're absolutely right. My hair hair is 4C/coily. R&B and Queen Bee Hair Honey are permanent products in my haircare routine. My friend is white with curly/wavy hair and they work great for her too. 🙂

i miss lush so much now that i don't live in london anymore omg there's not one near me where i live in america. i've only ever used the argan oil shampoo bar because of its similarity to rose jam, but i'll be honest, i don't think i know how to use shampoo bars haha they always just break for me. i use american cream because it makes my hair shiny and just works with my hair but i've heard it's not the best one they have for most people. now you're just really making me want to place a massive lush order hahaha
no way?! i guess lush stores aren't dotted around so much in the US compared to the UK, also America is huge so you're 'nearest' Lush store probably isn't even that near :'( Go for it!! Nothing fills the craving more than actually treating yourself lmao :-)
Hayley Harp i relate so much, my nearest store is 3 hours away. I have to order everything online but if you write in the gift section you can ask them for free samples. You can get anywhere from 3-4 depending on how much you spend. So that’s something to keep in mind.

I use R&B in my boyfriends long hair and now I get to smell it all the time. It lingers for days, intoxicatingly good. People think he's wearing cologne. Also, it works, his hair is soft and shiny days after using it.

I use Roots and Revive formerly called R&B and they changed my hair. Sometimes my buddies take jabs but I figure why can't guys treat their hair as well?

I love lush so much, I just purchased their solid shampoo trichomania it smells so amazing and like coconuts it’s awesome. It’s super nourishing which really helps with my crazy frizzy hair. You should try it out, I really recommend it. I also live in Georgia (for school) now which btw there are no lushes in Georgia so I order everything and if that doesn’t speak to my love of lush then idk what will.

thanks man!! Coconut Oil is phenomenal for the hair, i love it!! But you have to know and understand what you're doing/how much you're using. I had a really bad experience with coconut oil + my hair once, I basically put loads in my hair to act as a hair mask and when it came to rinsing it, it did not wash out AT ALL, I think it took 3 showers to thoroughly get it out of my hair it just would not budge! I had to walk around with what looked like extremely greasy hair for 2 days it was awful. Now I'm not as generous with how much I use lmao
True, Same here I actually used it couple of times and it does make the hair extremely greasy. Next time just put coconut oil on the ends or where the damage is. The coconut oil was just too heavy for your hair. That's not unusual when it comes too oily. It's possible that you need a clarifying shampoo - something that will ride yourself of the buildup in your hair Try doing an apple cider vinegar wash.
every one seems to rave about apple cider vinegar, i have to try this!! my hair has been getting so greasy so quickly recently, i think its down to my diet ive generally not been very good to my body and im paying for it :(

Late to this video and the shampoo bar game, but how do you store your bars between uses? I’ve kept mine in the tin (and the same for my solid conditioner bar but that one has ruined the tin, but that’s another thing..), but the shampoo bar has got stuck in the tin and I’m afraid I’m gonna ruin it when I manage to get it out! Best to leave them on like a mini wooden chopping board type thing on the side of my shower or something?! Hell of a ramble, but any tips appreciated!
i put them on those silicone face cleansing "brushes", the ones that exfoliate - I find that it dries really well on those things...the tins are not that great imo, because they get stuck......and if its really wet in the shower or damp I put them in the freezer for a few minutes, they come out dry..it's important to keep them dry otherwise they'll melt and you will lose a lot of the product :)) I store them in a normal "soap box", not the lush ones

Every time I have go to lush with my sister, I always end up having a headache after. I guess it's all the different smells, and all the sales associates forces you to smell each product. No! I don't want to sick my nose in it and smell it!
My mum is the same! She hates being in there too long, can't hack it! I've learnt the hard way you have to be firm with the sales assistants and make sure they understand that no means no
Have you tried curly wurly shampoo or the jersey bounce shampoo? I can't decide which one to try lol 😂 I also have all the shampoo bars but braziliant, lullaby and honey I washed my hair but I had to stop myself I haven't finished the ones I got yet haha they are like macaroons!!

I have thick, curly hair and I use Brizilliant or Waves.. Waves is great with I have a build up of products and it makes my curls big and bouncy. I use American Cream or Sugar Daddy O conditioner. I have used Curly Wurly and I love it, if I use Sugar Daddy O my hair smells like violet infused toffee. R&B is great but I am allergic to oats, so I can not use it near my scalp.

I think any of the shampoo bars from Lush would work for you? "New" is a great all rounder and "Jason and the Argan Oil" are great ones too, def have a look on the Lush website to see if they list any that are catered to your hair type :)

Not at all! Definitely not as much as drugstore shampoos, just as long as the product is worked into the scalp and not the rest of the hair you should be fine 😊

I make sure i only get one side of the shampoo bar wet so that when I'm finished i can put the dry side down on a surface! Lush also suggest using those nets that oranges come in, you just pop the bar in there and it wont stick to anything!
