As someone in PR and who has also worked with sending quotes or emails to seventeen it's highly possible this was just all email based especially with covid it's easier to just send email correspondence (ask 10 questions reply with 10 answers) super easy and simple and then someone just writes an article with those answers. I mean I feel like unless they knew Lili and her publicists emails close enough to replicate it or if seventeen really didn't cross reference old emails this does seem weird. quarantines due to something in the water, serial killers, one character beating a bear in a fight. Veronicas creepy relationship with her father. the show is pretty fun when you stop questioning it.
