Oat kernel for sensitive and red skin👌 should be used in more products for sensitive skin!

I just bought it but it's been 3 days I did the test on my arm and my neck and the lower part of my face and I had no sensation or irritation and I started to apply it locally on the small buttons I would like to apply it all over my face but I hesitate every time because I'm afraid of having negative effects on my face i have sensitive skin and with a few pimples and black and white dots and spots so i don't know how i should apply it as i have read a lot of positive reviews but it also has some people say it is not efficient I am really confused please help me
