OMGOODNESS Kristina talk about exquisite, elegant wow👀👀👀 They are all so Breathtaking Beautiful. You have out done yourself again🥰😍❣ #4 is me all the way! Well #3 also🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰❣I wish I would of got started doing this years ago, but I was teaching ceramic and porcelain doll classes for 16 years. I'm glad I found you to teach me all the fun stuff😊😊😊😊❣❣TY Kristina you are a winner!
Gosh, better add aged mahogany to my wish list...that last combo was stunning! Would never have thought to put those colours together!! Thank you for sharing your gifts and talents with us!
Love love love #4. Very Tuscany feel...might even be good for a galaxy background. I think all of distress examples you have done so far would be very cool galaxy backgrounds.
I'm loving this series. I think Picked Raspberry, Blueprint Sketch, and Seedless Preserves are the most difficult to use in either line because they can "take over" as they are such strong intense colours.
I love this set of videos Kristina I always struggle to pick colour combos. I also notice with your first colour that you blend almost halfway down your card stock and it’s amazing how when you go back over to add more colour that they layer again... magical xx
Thank you so much Kristina for sharing these video series with us, I have about 20 distress inks and I only used them to stamp my sentiments or little stamp images inside my cards, and now I feel that I can use them and more different ways. 😘
I think today's color combo is my favorite so far. I have always loved purple but have moved away from it over the years. I will have to start using it again more often! Thanks for the inspiration.
I have loved this series. You made combos I would never have thought of . Thanks too, for the tips. I have also noticed that a more horizontal movement helps resolve any circular marks caused by my heavy hand.
I really loved the blended background that was the milled lavender, Victorian velvet and aged mahogany! I loved out they blended out these types of colors I’ve been into so much lately! I can’t wait to see what you do with this set of background colors a, I am enjoying this series immensely, Kristina! Thank you. ~ Katz Baugh
I really love this series. I hadn't quite jumped on the oxide band wagon yet, but I'm starting find the thought appealing. I think I might pick the combos I like the most, and buy those colors first. Thanks for taking the time to share this!
Each time I watch that weeks combo I think that is my favourite, then the next one comes around. I've surprised myself with which is my favourite for that week, this time it's the Milled Lavender, Victorian Velvet, Aged Mahogany. So not colours I'd normally choose. Thank you for taking the time, & arm ache, to do this.
TERRIFIC, once again, Kristina! I AM LOVING THIS SERIES! Appreciate the “tip” on the back n’ forth blending vs the circular application, too! TOTAL FUN! Love these color combos, too! TFS n’ HAPPY BLENDIN’!! Look forward to next Friday! :-))
Thanks Kristina, I love these color combo videos, they’re so helpful! My all time favs are anything with lilacs or lavenders, and although I have all the distress oxides it’s a true challenge for me finding more than two colors that I can get to blend well. ❤️
Omg I love this series! You have taught me so much! I’ve only tried same color families, but you opened the door to all mixes. Thank you so much for sharing this.
This series on Oxides is great. I know one of my biggest problems is deciding what colors to use together. Love all the combos you did. I wanted to ask you if there is a Card stock that you think works better than others for ink blending? There are so many choices. Thank You!
I love all these combos you have done and would like more ideas of cards that you could use theses combos on. I did see the one where you did the same color combos in distress inks and then distress oxides. I have all the oxides and just a few of the reg distress inks. When the distress. Inks came out I was doing Stampin' Up and had all those ink pads and still do.
Blending muscles! I wonder if the personal trainer business knows about this. ;) Anyway, I'm loving these videos and look forward to them every week - thanks!
Hi Kristina! Thanks a lot for sharing all your knowledge. I would like to ask you if you could mix distress oxide inks with distress inks to get a good blending. Hugs from Colombia🌻
Love all of your color choices! I have one of the regular distress inks in Victorian Velvet and it looks nothing like this color! It has a very ugly, brown look to it. I was extremely disappointed that it didn't look anything like the color shown on the label that I never use it. Maybe if I got the oxide, I'd be happier with it.
Will you be doing a series on how to use the distress oxide inks in other ways, cause besides blending them I have no idea how to use these inks or any of these inks from Tim Holtz.
I love these videos. I have problems coming up with color combinations, so these have been perfect for me!!! I did find, though, that I don't have all of the inks you are using. I would love to be able to buy individual mini ink cubes, but I cannot find a source. Does anyone sell them individually as opposed to packs of four. All of the packs have colors I already have!
I just randomly came across your video while search for watercolor tutorials and I noticed this video and thought the color combos are so pretty, but what are you doing here? What materials are you using and is this an ink or a powder or a paint? What do you use these little cards for? I am a beginner card maker (i am making natural birth affirmation cards) and these color combos look beautiful. Tell me more about what you are doing here :) thanks!
Hey Dollie....welcome to this amazing community of crafters/artists. If you click on the "SHOW MORE" icon underneath the video you will see a list of supplies that Kristina uses. Kristina uses Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink, which is a fusion of dye and pigment inks. She most likely will use these panels for a background on a greeting card. I suggest you go back and watch many more of her tutorials, starting with the most recent and working your way back. You will learn so much more and begin to understand what papercrafters are doing in their TH-cam videos. Best of luck and have fun, Dollie.

Thanks for sharing. The lilac blend reminds me of being in an airplane and breaking out of the clouds into the clear skies! So pretty.

I love that you are doing this series and taking all the guesswork out of ink blending for us. Thank you for sharing your time and knowledge with us.
color is beautiful...just shows you can get something beautiful and you never knew it..............love it

Wow, a couple of unexpected combos that are fabulous and I frankly LOVE all four! Thanks again for this great series!
Ha! You exercised a blending muscle! Love it!
More beautiful combos, Kristina! Thanks for the helpful tips too! Until next time...
Wow, these 4 might be my favorites of all of them. Thanks so much for sharing your tremendous talents!!!
OMGOODNESS! This is my FAVORITE set so far! Purple is my favorite color and SO hard to show its beauty! You NAILED IT
Love this group of combinations. Take care of that right arm! Thank you Kristina!

Thank you so much. I look forward each time to which combinations it will be. Have a smashing weekend! 😊
I have been loving the color combos you have come up with!
Thank you for the ‘reference’ photos on IG of your blending with the color names...so helpful, Kristina! 👍👍👍
Omg I love this series! You have taught me so much! I’ve only tried same color families, but you opened the door to all mixes. Thank you so much for sharing this.
Kristina, you rock!
Loving the whole series Kristina, you certainly make me want to go blend ! Thankyou for sharing.
Love it 😍I agree too, we must practice more the blending to have more control on the colors combos. And as always I love it 🥰
Yay!!! Love this series. It has encouraged me to use my Oxide Inks and practice my blending :-)
Thanks again Christina for another great set of combinations!
Love them all but the purple to grey and black is great!
Stunning color combos!!! I cant wait to see what you make with these swatches!
I love these color combos. I really appreciate your videos as they help me know which colors work best together. TFS ;)

WHOOP WHOOP ... first viewer & first responder. I love these color combinations. You do such amazing work.
I loved this series! so pretty the all the blends
These re ll so pretty. I love the last combo a lot. So beautiful!
These are gorgeous blending.. do you have a chart to print? Thank you so much for sharing
Aged Mahogany was my favorite of the combos.
Will you be doing a series on how to use the distress oxide inks in other ways, cause besides blending them I have no idea how to use these inks or any of these inks from Tim Holtz.
I love your blend videos! Just curious, do you use anything to seal your paper afterwards? I find that some chalk residue comes off on my hands
Love every single one!!! You are awesome!!

Wow, love this … ❤️❤️❤️
Me he enamorado de la tarjetería desde que te veo hacerla a ti.
Pretty combos thank you
love... ThankS AGAIN
another fabby combo video
Thank you so much .
Awesome!!!
Awesome ❤️
Which blends easier please...ink or oxide?
Definitely Oxide
Can we emboss after distress oxide ?
chris f yes but heat set the distress ink first. It can also be used for embossing because it stays wet for awhile.
TimsFaveSpice i have distress oxide not ink .
chris f that is what I meant. Oxide has pigment properties that keep it wet long enough to hold the embossing powder
Lovely ! Thank you.... :>)
Haha, better be careful you don't end up with a right arm like Popeye's!
Hello Magnifient
