I heard this song atleast 10 times to fully analyse what is going on lol ,first listen can't handle the harmonies that's why you felt that, listen it coouple more times than you'll get my point😁
Their Japanese comebacks are usually a lot more electronic sounding compared to their Korean title tracks. They keep that pretty consistant which is why all the songs you listed were Japanese comebacks because those are the ones that sound more electro which might be why they weren't exactly to your taste.

Yes honestly, this is the first nct song I remember that I DIDN'T like the first listen. I tell you, I avoided listening to the song release so that I could enjoy the mv but I.. was disappointed with the song. idk,maybe I expected something else but bruhhh I'm addicted to it now.. The harmonies are so good, it's so sexy and very 127.
This is such an amazing song, NCT 127 is my fav sub unit (my biases are Yuta and Johnny). This song has a beat which anyone can dance to and i love it also the choreo is wowzer like always. I love the lyrics and the MV it self is just so powerful as i just love the background and everything.
I don't know if any song will truly take over chain as my favorite Japanese 127 track but this has major potential. Their songs are musically complex so it does take a few listens before I have my final verdict usually.

I agree, the video and instrumental don't match the lyrics. And it's a very NCT127 song, like I feel if u don't vibe with NCT127 instrumentals, u won't necessarily like this, cuz the instrumental and whole song is so very much nct like.
