Thank you, Judi. Hey, I bought one of those hand crank mills you reviewed a while ago. I love that thing! It is everything you said it would be. I no longer have to drag out my big food processor. The slicer makes very nicely thin slices. I used it to make cucumber and onion salad, and it was perfect. Cleaned up in less than two minutes.
