They were having that ex parte meeting, I wasn’t there so I don’t know but it sounds like someone told Young Thug & he told Mr Steele. Mr. Steel quoted Georgia law pertaining to attorney client privilege and work product for the reason he can’t answer the judges question. Mr Steele has no reason to lie. BUT The Judge having an ex parte conversation with a witness who’s already been sworn in without the defenses even being notified is a no no in any state. Shame on this judge! The Judge wants to know so that he can spank the person who told. BUT the biggest problem is having that ex parte meetings. Not in this clip but the earlier clip after Mr. steel was taken to the jail, the Judge was ready to carry on with the trial but the prosecution stood up and said that she wanted the judge to work it out so that Mr. Steele could come back into court and finish representing his client for the day. • @jimbeam-ru1my
      @jimbeam-ru1my 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      "This is definitely gonna be a mistrial. "
      only if the defense succeeds in getting glanville recused. There's no way glanville will admit a mistrial over the ex parte meeting because that would be an admission that it was misconduct on his behalf. A mistrial due to prosecutor or court misconduct is the same thing as a verdict of innocent, the defendant can never be retried on those charges again because that would be double jeopardy under the constitution.

    • @Twizzzums
      @Twizzzums หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@jimbeam-ru1my came back to say told you so.
      Either way this trial goes it’s gonna be good for YSL. If Thug gets convicted, the defense can just appeal due to Glanville and prosecutions actions. Which is likely to be accepted. If not accepted they’ll appeal to a higher court, who based on the Jury’s time of service and all the terrible actions will most likely throw the case out.
      If the Jury determines Thug to be inmocent, he won’t be tried again.
      So what we’re looking at is a 1) Mistrial 2) Not guilty.
      Part of the reason the Jury might just let it slide is the defense has yet to prove without a doubt YSL is a gang. Which half the trial hinges on. If I were a Jury member I’d be looking at more like they’re just a group of friends who did some dumb shit. There’s no real proof Thug called the shots, Woody who is the star witness never ousted Thug in front of the Jury. Instead all violence enacted was personal for him, not ordered. So I’ll see ya next trial.

    This judge was really helping the prosecution try to get a win. He got caught with his hand on the scales of justice, and now he knows he’s ruined his judgeship, he’s ruined the case, and he participated in a criminal act with the prosecution attorneys. I predict he’s going to suddenly announce his retirement soon. The prosecution is on the hook too, because those lawyers knew that participating in such activities was illegal and unethical, and they had a duty to report it to the defense, but chose to hide the fact instead.
    Oh, and this case is ruined. Witness intimidation is an irreversible act in a court case. How much money did Fulton Co. spend on this case, just to see it spoiled?

    Right or wrong you don't disobey an order given by a judge - that's the LAW. When a judge gives you an order, you must comply PERIOD. If the judge is wrong - you APPEAL. That's why appeal courts exists. Otherwise, as might as well eliminate the justice system, embrace ANARCHY, and let criminals run society the way they please...

      Always? So if the judge had ordered the lawyer to pull down his pants and bend over- the lawyer had to obey to that too?

      That's utter BS. The judge is subject to the law like everyone else. He doesn't have the right to imprison people at his discretion. This isn't Africa

      "Right or wrong you don't disobey an order given by a judge - that's the LAW."
      Bullshit. A judge has no authority to issue illegal demands. Every officer of the court has legal boundaries they are not allowed to cross, the judge included.
      "Otherwise, as might as well eliminate the justice system, embrace ANARCHY, and let criminals run society the way they please..."
      You're a complete idiot. If the judge is on the prosecutors team and secretly tips the scales in the prosecutions favor whenever they want, and jail whoever finds out, then the criminals are already running society the way they please.

    Great video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

      i have been in such a situation. i love my woman and unfortunately we separated about two years ago, but i could not let her go, so i had to do all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual adviser who helped me bring her back, now we are back together, and i must say i am enjoying every moment.

    Let's break this down in very simple basic terms. Someone (prob Woody's attorney, AGAIN) probably is the person who ran to Mr. Steel & told him Abt the meeting (which was prob held bcs Woody's life & maybe his family life is seriously in danger). OK, so this means that the attorneys representing Woody are not acting in the best interest of Woody.
    This means, Woody attorneys are working for the best interest of Thug.
    Shady, shady. Are Woody attorneys & Thugs attorneys trying to set up Woody to save Thug??
    Where is the loyalty from Thug to his childhood homies? 🤦🤔🤷🤦🤔🤷

    • @akiraax2
      @akiraax2 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is all speculation but from the way the whole trial has been. My best guess is that it was someone who works for the court and maybe Steele doesn’t want them to loose their job… no idea I just want this trial to be over it’s a mess 😂

      @@akiraax2 It was clearly Not someone who works for the court..See the lady representing Woody's attorney, about to cry! & Woody was smart enough to fire her.. So this just, probably, means that the attorney representing Woody is actually working for Thug's best interest..This is some shady, shady shit🤔🤦🤷
