Build, Explore, Defend, and Conquer! Edit: It is definetely one of the most deceiving games for sure. It may look simple and easy but you actually have to understand and have sufficient game knowledge to know how everything works in Kingdom. Things that new players tend to do wrong most of the time like the importance of open fields or your mount taking a quick snack of some grass which are definitely NOT there just for aesthetic purposes
And also, don't immediately build walls near forests because hunting grounds are great and berry bushes will spawn in winter, also do not cut the tree next to the camps because it is much more expensive to recruit when you build the camps, they respawn with 2 vagrants every day and only cost 1 coin, when you upgrade, that's 5 per person 1 recruit a day. You wouldn't have suffered that much if you didnt build camps and didnt chop the vagrant forest.

As a Kingdom Two Crowns fan, I'm happy to see beginners slowly learn the mechanics and enjoy the game :).This game is really fun to play and you played out pretty well as a beginner. Spoiler tip: Sending squire to destroy the cliff portal does not stop the greed (monster) to spawn because it'll auto repair in 3 days. You need to get iron technology, make a bomb and go inside to the cliff portal to destroy it .Remember to bring as much coin as possible.
Also, note that you should try to swallow the forest. Empty land without a river is nearly worthless, but the forest will always give you dears, a source of gold, regardless of the season. Also, level 3 farm is actually the smallest farm. Level 1 gave 4+2. Level 2 gave 6+2. + shelter to the farmers. Level 3 gave 2+2. + shelter to the farmers. + shelter to 3 mount. Note that there has to be space for the farm in the first place. Note that the +2 is for the status in the 2 island. And yes, farmers are overpower. You probably want to look at the game wiki for detail staff.

The Stable lets you access all your mounts on all your islands, but provides no actual gameplay value, it’s just a convenience thing. The Bakery automatically attracts and recruits any peasants, but requires you sacrificing an arrow tower, so only build bakeries on towers that are far away from the front lines. The Ballista tower turns a regular arrow tower into artillery, and has an effective range of about three screens from the tower, for lack of a better measurement, so build them further back to use them to their fullest extent. The knight tower lets you recruit an extra army, and also requires you to sacrifice an arrow tower, so same thing as the bakery. The only upgrade you should do no matter what is the horn wall, but don’t do it until you’ve fully upgraded the wall. It will allow you to call all army’s to one side of the kingdom, and is useful after you’ve killed the dock portal, and just need soldiers on one side. I hope this is helpful for your future videos
Read this if u want random advice (because ik some people rather self learn) It's best to have a wall extended with a Archer very close outside the wall. (Because then the Archer tower can still reach the greed hitting ur wall instead of being too far away) Don't build a wall too close to the trees. Instead have a big lawn of cut down trees so grass can spawn and as long as it's not winter u get 2-3x as much coins. (Like 4 or 5 grass shrubs length of trees cut) Those are 2 main things that would drastically help you while watching this (didn't finish watching yet so idk if u later learn this 44:22 😌
Also when you build up your like in the middle camp to max level it gives you a bomb to use. So that big mountain portal that u saw smash a big Rock into it. That was it rebuilding itself. The archers attacking that one only stop stuff from spawning there I think 3 days? basically the mountain portal is something u go inside of to 100% "delete the source" *which if u do the mountain portal first it turns off all the other portals but that makes it too quick in my opinion*
I like the fact that the humans are actually an active threat, whilst the monsters just want gold; They destroy and exploit the land + the ecosistem, killing the monsters and destroying their settlements in the process, yet, the monsters only retaliate by braking their walls, and that to just take their gold, only for them to then scatter back into the woods from where they came from, leaving the settelers who decimated their kind and kinderen wave after wave alone

Hi Vortide! I suggest and recommend you to play The Battle of Polygon. It's very simplistic but you also need strategy in order to defeat your opponents. They have trading, sailing, building, and even diplomacy just like Kingdoms and Castles.
It would be very cool to also play Kingdom Eighties, the newest game of the series. It also has more lore and explanation about the events in kingdom two crowns. Very nice video overall though keep it up!
Just so you know, thats Iron because the copper on the surface would have oxidiced and turned green, the oxidiced iron though would be orange due to oxidisation being the scientiffic Word for rust, good Video though
Hey! I'd used to play the hell outta this game, and the continuum of new lands. Excited to see you play!..It's one of those gorgeous, simple games, and many other folk like Avaak and such have made old videos and they're great, like yours :) Vortide, by the way, the Stag mount, the big deer you acquired, attracts deers from the forest and makes them follow you. So you can lead them to your archers for extra coins
The big portals aren't truly destroyed unless you go into them, wipe out a bunch of enemies and then blow the cave up from the inside. And you can only do that after you get the final upgrade to the castle/walls
Would you please destroy all gates? That is actually very bad advice as the monster will react with more violence the more gate you destroy until it becomes extremely difficult. However, i never feel like the game is that difficult in the first place, and that will make a longer game with more interesting stories. Like that time, I travel to 4 islands right before the winter, so when the winter comes, I shange my objective to rescue the gems. Only to end up not only rescuing the gem but also surive until I left the island through 2 counter attacks. It was difficult nerve-wracking, but boy, it was fun.
Enjoyed watching this video of 100 days gameplay walkthrough. It felt satisfying and relaxing. It always feels good to watch this kind of content. not sure if you have been told already but the cliff portals rebuild themselves upgrading your keep will give you a way to make islands safe forever with a bomb just trying to give a tip
@@Vortide no problem just be warned its not easy i had armies so big i could hardly see a single person and the knights have a "health" bar you can replenish with coins so load them up before hand and people don't die they are returned to being poor if hit twice if hit once they run back to the keep and another tip don't expand too far unless you are certain you don't need the merchant anymore because if the trees by his camp vanish he is gone as well

Winter is suck. Farmer can't get to work, animal are rare, the critters become large in numbers and I become a poor sod king

I once got to the point that I had so much gold that I would just bribe my portal attacks and night attacks
The portal in the Mountain re builds it self and can only be destroyed with the giant bomb that you can get from your copper town hall
