I actually watched this on stream and cris re reviewed this clip after the match turns out it snapped like this because Cris released his cursor early

I've played a lot of non-stacking Decidueye (charm/float/bangle), and it's good. It's the way that I would recommend that people learn how to play it so that they learn proper positioning. Muscle is arguably better than bangle bc of objective rip, but I prefer maximising damage to secure more KOs with a single arrow.
I recently switched back to attack weight for bangle and it's definitely better imo, but I wouldn't recommend it until you are experienced with Decidueye. The biggest issue to overcome with stacking on it is discipline and not inting for stacks. You don't need them, but if you can get any then they up your damage massively. By not stacking you can ensure that you are well positioned almost all of the time.
go movement speed + 4 brown and 4 white, you can get up to +210 ms with full golden emblems, plus 270 from held items, basically you will be running at permanent-equivalent of +10% passive movespeed
The sheer determination of that umbreon to kill you and not tanking for its teammate is commendable
I think it would've been the right play to go for the Lv.15 Decidueye instead of the ca. Lv.12 other teammates first (but people love wasting time on Defenders etc.), but I have to say, it would've been better if Umbreon at least stood in front of Decidueye to block the Unite Move's damage.
This same build works on pyro ball cinder, but you guys not ready for it

I think shadow sneak should be reworked so that the shadow-snuck target has a radius around it, and while Decidueye is within that radius it becomes untargetable until the effect ends.

Nah. Decidueye is actually a lot stronger than people give it credit for because of how much damage it can do from range and the fact that it out-ranges basically everything. Any buff risks making it broken. As long as you have good positioning, sneak plus eject gets you out of trouble most of the time. You are hard countered by speedsters, but that's fine. Counter play should exist, and Decidueye hard counters way more things than it gets countered by. The only buff you could make a case for is a slight CD reduction on sneak, but it's fine where it is imo.
@@djjjjjd Not at all. Competitive players know to just dive in on it. All I’m suggesting is a brief period of invincibility to make those “hard counters” just a teensy less “hard”, as well as giving Razor leaf a little something.
@@nickg5341 Sorry, but it's just not a sensible suggestion. Something that hits as hard as Decidueye and from such long range doesn't deserve to be near unpunishable. Good positioning, map awareness, and not burning your eject or shadow sneak unnecessarily all help to mitigate the speedster threat. And if the enemy has more than one speedster you can even run leaf storm. Honestly, leaf storm is probably the shadow sneak buff you're looking for anyway.
Reworking a move to encourage being near the opponent on a pokemon whose passive makes it do more damage the farther away it is?
Wow, these are the held items I used on Decidueye. I made the best record recently this season, 128k damage, 13 KOs and 7 assists. Even though I f*** up on late game but we still win thanks for my decent teammates
Well played cris. I was the venosaur guy who usually plays HEX gengar as you mentioned before. Sadly my team was kinda bad but i was confused u gonna play the bird ☝️☝️ i tried my best

Decidueye is just fun as hell to play. The only thing that can ruin it are AFK and trolling teammates.
Ive been running this set for a while and throught i was commiting some grave Decidueye crime not running Weight. Its just too hard to stack unless you have good mobility and consistent steals nowadays

Inteleon's basic attack is so unfair i don't mind high damage snipeshot
Use scope lens, sp glasses and charging charm on intileon with a moveset snipe shot

@@Hampter492i don’t think charging charm and scope lens works as well with special attackers
I use focus band because of Unite Climbing Guide, and it replaces float stone since I am already using charging charm.
Decidueye is so squishy that you don't ever want to rely on focus band, and you want to be at such a range that you don't need it anyway. You also want to maximise your damage to secure more single arrow KOs, so your items and emblems should be max damage with no investment in hp or defences.

The bird is cool and all but can we talk about how busted zeraora is. It's either that or I clap absolute cheeks with that mon. It's been my solo que Mon for like 2-3 months now and it never fails just so long as you master the discharge volt switch pull. It's absolutely busted just looking for opinions on that matter cause sheeeeeeeesh. Not saying it needs nerf fyi. Just a very solid mon atm.

It's not worse it's just people don't know how to play it.
Spirit shackle is a better snipe because it hits things it has no business hitting. And also you can reposition during it
@@lawzone64fr i can reposition & escape so easily with stinger, i destroy attackers(if i had good position) & and no one attacks me cus tanks
But it is so hard to snipe ppl cuz small hitbox and you aim at the back to avoid giving ur position so intelion is for pro snipers and deci and venu are for newer or beginners

as a decidueye main, my heart SUNK when you missed that spirit shackle at the final battle (been there)😨
Decidueye indeed it tough. You could have four defenders/supporters on the team and they'd still all four just let the enemies casually walk by just to KO you. smh
Rayquaza's hitbox can be a bit weird. I missed a few times because I rather aimed for its head, but the hitbox is lower 😶
Anyways, it's always exciting to see some owl gameplay!
I use it a lot I love his range and playstyle it's like the only Pokemon besides Alolan Ninetales I use and that red buff legendary Pokemon that sucks health like a mosquito and I have mew and the two meetwo as well as the wheel legendary Pokemon but I like decidueye it's like a ninja with knives
I’ve been running no stack Deci for over a year just because it feels so worthless if you can’t get any stacks in
If you didn't know you can actually hit someone with the arrow a liitle beywon its visual range
I tried you'r build and I done 150k againts gathlue

I was hoping to use this build when I play Decidueye. Its hard tho because people always pick Decidueye.
I tried this build with the yellow emblems after watching spragels video on it and I've been using it for a long time cuz it's fun yk with the movement speed and all actually idk if the yellow emblems are even working but the movement speed is nice

I feel like one dash is not enough most of the time, yeah with speed i can't blink away of instant danger, but if i see the enemy with enough time i can't be catched when using x speed
Eject and Shadow Sneak are plenty to get away if you're noticing enemies that early.
And being able to eject through terrain is invaluable.

However , it is proved that scoring with decidueye is extremely difficult as it is a squishy pokemon

Razor claw boosts the damage of the next basic attack after you use a move so not really.
@@trainerrichard6859 exactly, when you see a spirit schakle deci the strat is to get in close, but you then get cooked by them. I have beat all rounders multiple times with this.
