I played Storm of Stratagems last summer with artifacts and Sargon/Zhuge was fun. Same with Nevsky/Zhuge Imagine Joan Prime/Hermann Prime since they both have 2nd skill proc features.
There would be no point as no commanders other than engineering deal ranged skill or smite damage, the skill wouldn’t proc, but you would get all the associated stats .
