Thank you mam for the information... I asked this question last week... I got the S56 on 14th may which was for my spouse's English and kids original birth certificate... We cleared it on 7th june... So with this information I'm expecting Visa any time soon..

Hi hlo. We as a family applied for 190 and 491 with 80 points, but the partnenr as only a graduation degree and no English proficiency marks . Can we expect an invitation as we have been waiting since July 2023 sales and marketing manger offshore
Yes, you can, but you cannot claim 5 points for Partner's English Profifiency in your EOI without a valid test score demonstrating competent level English.
Hello mam please have a look at my case 309/100 visa lodged in October 2021 309 granted- June 2022 100 application submitted Oct 2023 S56 request for overseas police clearance 02-07-24 Document provided within 28 days but was not the correct one So second S56 request for Indian PCC issued from passport office received on 07-08-24 This time provided correct PCC and uploaded on 23-08-2024 No visa yet applicant and sponsor both are in India for the past 7 months travelling back to Australia in November. Could you please explain why I havnt received my subclass 100 even though I have provided S56 request for india PCC more than a month ago . Any response would be great thank you .
Hello mam i lodged the application 491 visa July 2023, and status show on immiaccount recivied, so no recieve any s56 and commencment letter,when will expect grant?
it is recommended that you initiate your Police Clearance process so and uploaded the renewed one before you are sent a request for a new PCC. However, you can undergo the medicals only once the DHA creates new Health Examination Forms for you.
The states could be receiving the quota allocation from the DHA any time. As for the HR occupation, we will know about this only when the occupation list for SA is released..

Probably, s56 may not be sent at all and you could get the visa decision directly.

Hopefully, we get our grants soon it's been 13 months, just one question they will continue giving grants or after a while they will hold
I believe they will clear all the pending visas in a go.
I lodged my visa on 14th june 2023 got s56 request for employment details on 12th March 2024 and I am waiting since then.
Let's see how soon the DHA transits to the applications lodged in June.

We've had case where our clients' status changed fro "Received" to "Granted". Nothing to be skeptical about.
I have lodged my visa on 03 April 2023 and have not received any s56 or commencement letter.
is commencement letter necessary before visa grant.
It is not necessary that s56 be sent out. You could be getting the visa grant directly.

It usually would not take more than about 4 months, but it is taking a bit longer these days- about 6-7 months or so.

That's okay. Many applications are decide without s56 request.
