I have an overall experience of more than 10 years, I started as business development executive and then business development manager and now as VP Sales & Digital. The issue is that vetasses just assessed my experience for .94 years. I want to claim full 15 points as I have a plausible career path. Please advise should I claim 15 points for my whole years of relevant experience or just what vetassess deemed skill?
Can you please share your Skills outcome letter and your work experience letter for us to look into this. As for the number of years you can claim for employment in your EOI, it has to be after the deemed date specified in the skills assessment outcome letter.

That's close, but keep your fingers crossed for getting an invite for a nomination before you trun 40. In case you do get an invitation you can request the state to process your nomination on priority so that the invitation for a visa [nomination approval] is finalised before your turn 40.
Offshore applicants have an equally good chance for the nomination invitations. In fact South Australia advised during a one-on-one meeting with me just before they released their migration plan for 2024-25, that at least 50% of the nomination invitations will be going to offshore applicants this year.

Can you please let me know as when can I expect my visa grant or if will be getting S.57 first as my medicals got expired? I have already submitted my updated PCC in April 2024 this year. I think you should have a visa decision any time soon. as for S57, you don't want one- that a Natural Justice Letter on adverse findings! All the best!

I have taken voluntary seperation from my organization in April 24 and also uploaded settlement documents on my immi account, my doubt is, do I need in working while my visa assessing. Or till how many months DHA doesn't ask for employment evidence.
You do not need to be currently employed while your visa application is being assessed. The DHA takes into consideration the employment until the date you received the Invitation to Apply for a Visa. In situations where the applicants are in ongoing employment the DHA can request documents such as recent payslips, etc.Since you have provided all the documents requested, you application should be finalised soon.

Yes, as shared in the video I see offshore visas being granted. Howver, now that the DHA has started to close in on the applications lodged in June 2023 you should be hearing from them soon. All the best!

Unfortunately, the DHA does not seem to be prioritising health and education sector application, unlike the last few years. The applications are being decided on first-come-first-serve basis.
@CAANWINGSConsultants is it the scenario with 491 only or the same with 190 as well? As I have recently seen some offshore physiotherapists and occupational therapists who have received their visas within 3 months.

We are yet to see the full invitation rounds for all the states. There will be invitations rounds every month.

Let's see how fast they move on with the applications from June 2023 onwards. Should be able to ascertain that in a month or so.

Yes, you are required to live in the regional areas of NSW for three years.
