I think if you can get your Hewynn up, it'd be better than Ludovic or if you can get a mauler team together, use Koko. Seems like survivability is your issue atm. Hell, maybe Rowan to get the ults rolling quicker. Love your content! I hope you don't give up on Sonja. She seems like she has a lot of potential.
I feel like Harak is too RNG for my liking. in your videos youre always saying "harak will eat this person" and he eats someone else. if he goes the way you want him to, he's super powerful. but when he doesn't, he goes on a rampage eating your own teammates. I dunno man, I'm not sold
I understand how you completely feel about him. On top of that, he doesn’t really add any buffs to your team therefore, I’m not sure how long he would last in the meta.
