Also I forgot to say, General, I know you lost a shit ton of money in this endeavor. I too had the same experience a few times in the past of people promising wonders and manipulating me into spending money because of my dreams/passions. What you shouldn't be scared of is that not everyone is like that, the easy "money" or "success" or the "too good to be true" stories are 99% of the time scams. I think overall people should be scared of this concept of easy money/success but do not turn into paranoia because opportunities sometimes come at the most unexpected times. I've never been more surprised by how much situations can switch between two extremes.
What i'm trying to say is, you'll meet the right people and surround yourself with good people at some point, just have to be more cautious before putting $ on the table. Pass the "online" barrier before doing anything because there is nothing better than seeing something with your own eyes just to be sure.

THe only solution is to be strong enough mentaly, on day one.
Luckily the tournament is very slow, they will get used to it within 2-3 days hopefuly.
