The peanut butter song has popped into my head at random times over the last 2 years, but I could never remember where it came from. It wasn't until I looked up the album from Colin to hear some of the other songs from more recent videos and then saw it on there. My itch has been satisfied, and I can finally play this song for others when it gets stuck in my head and I need to share the madness. It's almost impossible to look up when you forget the context. I just typed in peanut butter 7 times followed by "yeah" and could never find anything.
So one mini geared 6V brushed motor (almost silent) can do the same thing, can't it? But I like the engineering and build process - especially the water leak fix and the rubber bands :)
you should have used the serial plotter to show the angle instead of the serial monitor, because it would graph it nicely and show the oscilating angles.

Good job. I build a solenoide engine for a school project and After some testing we conclud that the benefit of inverting the polarity of the coil isn't worth the complessity of adding an h bridge. Also we used an optical sensor and Without including a dead zone and It work very well and also the polarity of the magnet on the piston Is a Major factor on the torque of the motor, because if the fields have opposite polarity, they subtract each other and there Is almost no torque at the output.
