oh def not! most, if not all, international students don’t speak dutch 😅 everyone in the netherlands speaks english so it isn’t a problem at all!

hello! it kinda is hard haha, i did the IB program and scored 41/45
but it also really depends on the course you want to choose, if you have a good CV, maybe low grades do not matter as much

I know you asked some time ago and I might be super late to this but it isn’t hard at all so long as you meet the minimum requirements. Universities in Holland pretty much accept everyone and weed out the less motivated students during the first year, so as long as you have passing grades you should be pretty much set. The real challenge is staying once you’re in, but you should be able to manage if you’re truly into it! The creator of this video had stellar grades but they really are not necessary (extracurricular activities aren’t either), so just apply and hope for the best, you’ll most likely make it :)
