Eleazar, I participate in a Jewish meditation group on Shabbat morning. Your meditations are our favorites, by far. Thank you so much. This morning, I was thinking about eating some unhealthy food in between meals, but for the first time, I asked myself if there is something else I could try to do instead. I listened to your recent offering, Modeh: Awakening With Praise which we had listened to in our group. This is the spiritual food I needed, nothing else. Interesting that I began with my hands facing down gently on my lap and ended with them facing up, not on purpose; they just do that sometimes. Energy! Thank you for all you do and are.
Thank you for your wonderful message and feedback. I have had similar experiences with my hands - they rotate palm up, almost by themselves, to indicate receiving.

Voice is not great… background sound too loud… looking for a better voice to keep me focused…. Sorry
