to me its amazing how you convert running momentum into jump. When you take off your left leg is only slightly bent, almost straight. Your back is flat, I remember when i was jumping i used to curl my back a little bit ( its risky for injury) and in the takeoff straighten it to use it as a recoil

I do! Primarily due to me training in them for track and field.

Should use a carbon plated running shoe. You’d be dunking from the three point throw line.
