You lack comprehension skills or REAL LIFE experience, in not understanding the OP & others statement.
A lot of people really don't give a damn about they job, they just want the pay check, so they not going to "use every tool available".
Matter of fact a small fire could break out in a trash can and a fire extinguisher be sitting right nearby and the person will jet outta there instead of putting it out, resulting in the whole place burning down and possibly lives lost.
That's how it goes in real life with some, probably too many, people.
Maybe one day you'll get a real job and see 1st hand what we're talking about.
And the OP wasn't giving praise, they stated a fact of society needing people like him who are on top of their job, not milking the clock.

But, no one at all that is a normal logical human is able to pull the trigger on another human without a huge weight and thought process. And it doesn't matter if say you are defending yourself, and you take a life, that's going to stick with you. IT IS "questionable" as to YT motives when they OPENLY "Allow" transexuals, tranvestites, drag queens etc. to be OPENLY HIGHLY Sexual 24/7 on YT. It ALMOST allows Children to be "naive" and makes them become easy targets to be isolated, groomed & taken advantage of.

Michael, I am an Italian American and I couldn’t be more proud of you and how you’ve turned your life around and doing so much good for people. I was so impressed with your interview with big Homie cc from Chicago and I really applaud both of you for trying to get something in the works to stop the violence in Chicago. I’m born and raised here, and it is horrifying. It’s not just every weekend. It’s every night , every day, the nightly news leads with
people , young generally black being shot and killed , innocent kids riding in cars, just shooting and death everywhere every day. And you make such a good point on Obama that had never crossed my mind, but yes, this is his hometown and yes, if anyone could offer hope and influence and guidance to the youngsters out there it would be him. He’d be able to give them hope as a black child in America and especially in Chicago that you can do great things with your life. Anyway, my son turned me on to your podcast and I am just binging on every episode that I can. But I wanted to tell you the good Lord is working through you and you’re gonna have a special place and heaven when your time on earth is over. Thank you, Michael and by the way, I’ve looked at several outlets in Chicago for your wine but so far I don’t I don’t think it’s here yet but anyway God bless you and keep up you are inspiring and informative podcast✝️✝️

The shootings that go on there is NUTS! I am no longer in Illinois but I pray one day someone will finally do something about it. The kids they do NOT deserve to be shot at or killed! Their children! Yes, grew up in the inner city and you have to grow up FAST! I have lost many friends and family due to what goes on there! It breaks my heart! God Bless you guys. This is the best interview I have seen about Diddy and the fact that he is SMALL FRIES compaired to the corrupt EVIL that does exist! He is a middle man and he will pay for his part in it all! What kills me is that he will be the scapegoat when there are bigger EVILS! He isn't the only one but these higher ups will escape the convictions! Back to Chicago. YES! Most of these kids are hurt, angry, poor, uneducated and they are raw! THEY DON'T GIVE A F*** because society has brushed them under the rug and they TRULY DO NOT CARE! It's going to take a lot of love and patients. YES! I love that! "OF CLOTH!" They need people that are just like them to get through to them!! GOD BLESS!
