As a single parent, my largest asset is my house. When I die, I would like the value of my house to be their gift split four ways whether they sell it or somebody buys the other one out I mean, that's really what I've got to offer them what's the best plan for me? It's kind of confusing, I'm really not anticipating having any particular other great asset for them. It's really the house that has to be split four ways. They'll do well that's where the money is. Can you help me?
Thank you for great useful information! Easy to listen to and very likeable.
Glad it was helpful!
@@LawMother National Institute of Certified Estate Planners caveated the Estate Plan Trust fails after it ruined my family and cost 50% in Litigation. We expect our money back or credited it towards a NICER forgery proof arbiter interdiction Trust and their Inheritance Administration Lawyers counterfeit free Permission Ledger LLC.
Parents are looking to have a will done for our land and property. Should we do a trust instead we live in North Carolina.
Do you offer classes or services we are able to pay for?
Do yourself a favor hire Law Mother around Thanksgiving time to install a complete inheritance and legacy wealth transfer. With an inventory, appraisal, distribution, settlement, and Peacekeeping Hollywood style Pro Bono Trust reading. County Funded, NICER Recorded, Arbiter Interdicted, Trust Guardian Validated dispatching NICER 837PC Citizens and Sheriffs on call to arrest Trust warned, permission ledger monitored, and NICER exposed Trust thieves, and Trusted Advisor Certified Rightful Heirs so Drew Barrymore and Sher's heirs get their share with minimized fighting.
Can you explain a little more about the pour over will please?
A pour over will is created with the hopes it doesn’t need to be used. It’s there as a safety measure. If you forget to put an asset in your trust, the pour over will instructions the asset to be put in your trust.
Thanks, I thought i misheard.
Una pregunta quiero hacer un livimg trust para mis hijos, soy casada, la casa esta a mi nombre puedo hacerlo sola o tengo que hacerlo con mi esposo. Espero su respuesta gracias
Is a trust useful when you don’t have property/house but have retirement/investment accounts?
Is a living trust usually a one time fee or is it a yearly fee?
the trust is just the first step in dozens of steps to protect our families you need an Administration Lawyer to perform like inventory, appraise, plan, fund, record, arbiter monitor, appoint guardians for minors. prevent conservatorships, medical directives, forgery proofing, gifting small expensive items and weapons legally before they march. transfers, distributions, settled administration, contacting notary index crime enforcement regulatory NICER 837PC Citizens and Sheriffs on call to arrest permission ledger exposed trust forgers, will counterfeiters, and power of attorney estate plan embezzlers, and dozens of steps an Administration Lawyers does above and beyond what an estate planner does.
How do we protect our assets from being a source of recovery from lawsuits ?
Great question, I will add this to my topic list for a future video. Too many nuances to explain in a short comment.
Hello, you did a real good job of explaining this! .. I have a question on revocable trusts. If a loved one set up a revocable trust and upon their passing, is the executor obligated to mail every beneficiary a copy of the trust? Does everybody see that cousin Johnny got 10%, nephew Jennifer got 15% and so on. What kind of information does the executor send the beneficiaries? Thanks and I'm going to check out your other videos. :) and subscribe
@@KennethGuilory-w8q thanks!
@@TrustValidationTeam-t3o thanks! I've browsed reddit and I'm have not really seen people discussing how the executor mailed the will on over the cousin john, neice mary, etc.. Like I know it happens, but lol......Truth be told, I started being curious about this stuff after my aunt passed away.. Basically no relationship with 6 of my other cousins. One calls every sunday. I am extremelyyy close with aunt and uncle and my aunt just passed away. I am like 95% sure he's going to leave something for my cousins because he wants them to think highly/ in a positive light of my aunt. So, one day when that unfornuate day comes, I want to see what my cousins received. Also, his neice on his side of his family who is not real close, but all the sudden got close when my aunt passed away.. is the executor... I know he's gonna give her and her kids a lot of money and thats depressing as they essentially have no contact either. it's crazy to me.. I wanna know everything thats on that will in terms of the finances.. John gets 3 percent, etc... I dont know if this makes me a bad person to think like this now? Personally, I think this is normal... What do you think?
What’s the best way to update a living trust? Ex/ We sold our house and moved thus now need to put our new house into our trust.
Typically you would update the title to the trust. Visit usdeeds.com for more help!
Im confused. So is it the lawyer will that help us do all the paper work for the trust???
Great Job! Thank you!
I am from the UK how do i find a layer like you.
Great info. Thanks!
If I die with a will only, does my house go into probate and then cannot be sold until probate is complete?
Yes.
THANK YOU!😢 MAUREEN
My husband is bed bound. Would a living trust keep a nursing home from taking my home if I am no longer able to care for him?
I live in Texas
This is very state specific and typically a living trust does not protect in this scenario. I recommend you speak with a Texas elder law attorney who is familiar with Medicaid planning. Thanks for the question.
Hello, I live in New Jersey and I own a home and car. I have 2 adult children, Would it be benefiial for my children for me to establish a trust now. I am 76 years old. Thank you!
100% yes. Otherwise they'll have to go through probate
How is the trust taxed?
our greedy trustees and thieves are changing them so grantees don't get anything and don't have to worry about taxes and the grantor uses their social security number so nothing changes.
@@kennethguilory Great answer I'll add the Grantees get an Employee Identification Number to transfer, distribute, and settle a NICER administrations to avoid the inheritance and legacy wealth transfer thieves.
Are you able to refinance your home with a trust? Does the mortgage company work with the trust?
Yes. You can refinance a home that’s in a trust and having a mortgaged home in trust does not trigger the due on sale clause thanks to federal law in the US.
5 Levels
I'll add NICER puts client's needs ahead of their own with about 25 levels to fund, record, monitor, validate and certify NICER's Permission Trust Arbiter Certified Crime Interdiction Administration.
I also have a Will
What’s a “ pour over will”?
@@Oldmadman-z3s Another great answer, I'll add they will be Forgery Proof Legalese Administration Lawyers when NICER Permission Validated and Certified Trust Crime Interdiction Administration goes global in a few months.
Niiiice! What if you’re unmarried living together in a $$Home together. Two separate RLT’s?
