Well near the end of the video was a few months after painting. Still looks good today. If it wears off over time then I’ll just paint it again something different!
Great build! Looks absolutely stunning! Ive been watching so many of your BT videos recently, and I was just wondering where you find all those log hides?
Hey, thanks! I got most of them from some old trees that had to be removed at a family members place which were lucky enough to be hollow. You can go out in certain areas and collect some if you are lucky but be careful not to remove habitat from native wildlife
awesome work, i was looking to make a mock rock background for a cunningham's enclosure and i was wondering how much of each material you use in your cement mix.
I might be mixing them up, but are these the same enclosures you built the fake rock hide boxes for? And if so, why did you switch back to a less natural looking version?
No those hide boxes are in some other pits! I really need to make rock hide boxes for these ones as well I am just trying to decide the best way to do it!
Bravo that is nothing short of amazing. It looks like they’re in the wild I absolutely love it. This is how reptiles should be kept!
Thanks heaps! I just love seeing the critters In a more natural setting!
They look great and are Blue Tongue aproved. Well done and thanks for sharing.

This looks so good 😍 How does the acrylic paint hold up in the elements though?

Nice one bud. Reminds me of the bush around the grampians national park in victoria. Nice looking lizards too.
Looking good 😎

looks great Coop, did you use anything to seal the paints?
Looks amazing, I’m just wondering what sort of mulch you use for the blueys
Usually eucy mulch and hardwood chips
@@coopsreptiles2588 thank you so much ☺️

Is there anything you could use to seal those little painted details in and prevent them from washing away over time?
the paint probably would have held fine but it rained very soon after i painted it. after that i just was not bothered to try it again haha
