What a great video 😘❣❣❣ And what a great way to start into the weekend today for me. (Watched the video at breakfast 😋) Thank you for sharing, memories, insights about your collection and how it started, your fashion choices and so on. You got great questions. And you had great answers.❤❤❤
Thank you so much for answering my question. Your videos are so informative and inspiring. I have learned a lot from your channel. I am from North America on the East Coast. You can go to the Barbie Convention. The convention takes place in different states within the United States every year. Also, a lot of doll shows happens in California. Mattel is West Hollywood, California. New York has amazing toys stores. You can check out toys stores all over the country. You can research other Barbie events in the United States. There many flea markets in the United States. You can search by state. In terms of sharing free doll/toy related printed sheets, you could create a blog. The items that you share can be downloaded for free. Again, thank you so much for sharing your doll/toy world with us. 🎀💖🎀😊🎄🎄🎄
Wow thank you so much for the info about the different conventions and toy places in the states 🤩☺️ We might want to go to San Diego California there is a bigger fleamarket and some thrift stores but also cultural things to visit ☺️🌸 we are current in the planning phase since a travel to US is quite expensive 😬🙈 Will check the blog idea ☺️ thank you for the info ☺️🎀🤩
I loooove your choices for the cosplay question 🤩🤩🤩 Imagine us doing a group cosplay of Flying Hero Barbie and Kira🤩 Or of 2 Birthday Barbies. I think the Benetton outfits would look so good in real life 😘❤ Oh, and I would love to travel together with you to the US to a Barbie convention and go dollhunting at flea markets and thrift stores~ dreaming of it 😌💕 I think California would be a good place. Especially the flea markets around the LA area seem to be crazy 🤯 from what I see online. But maybe Beate could also help answering that question. She has been to the official Barbie conventions very often and buys dolls in the US to bring to her store. Maybe she knows which area is really good 🤔
Hihi yes that sounds like a lot of fun our flying hero cosplays 😄😄🤩🌸 or the Benetton fashions 😄🤩💖 Actually I plan on a trip to the US next year with my mom ☺️😄 San Diego California seems to have a huge flemarket that we want to visit 😄🌸 and some tourist stuff but I'm in for the fleamarket 🤣 But I would love to visit the US with you as well one day. Beate for sure knows some conventions there and thrift stores 🤩☺️ maybe a Thing for 2026? 😄🌸
What a fun video! You got some really great questions. And I love seeing the dolls in your collection. I also like the labels you created, but I'm not sure the best way to share them. I love how much you love your childhood dolls. I think that is so beautiful and sweet. I actually can't remember my dolls. I'm not sure if it's because I'm old or just bad memory. Lol! The only doll I definitely remember have was Superstar Barbie. I loved her so much. I still don't have a 70s Superstar. Just a reproduction, which I still love. Maybe someday I'll get an original again. 😊 Thank you so much for such a wonderful Q&A. BTW, you can call me Joy. 😊
Aww Thank you so much Joy 🌸💖☺️ yes for me ny Childhood dolls are still the most valued dolls I have because of the memories I have ☺️ sadly I did not kept all from my childhood but I'm happy that I still had some ☺️ Oh that can happen sometimes to forget things or events. I can remember my childhood really well but I forget whats happening in the now. Like what did I do yesterday or what was a week ago. I dont know but what happened in summer 2000 for example I can tell 🤣 so thats why I live in the past maybe🤣 Wow superstar Barbie is an amazing Childhood doll 🤩 the iconic legend doll ☺️ I'm happy for you that you got one even if it is a repro but also those are stunning ☺️
Thank you for answering my questions! 😁 That story about buying the candy made me laugh 🤣 It was a really cool feeling to earn your own money as a child 🤩 I can understand that you chose to sell part of your Barbies back then, I didn't keep my childhood Barbies. I did however keep my childhood ponies which I am very happy about. Being able to camp in your van sounds so cool, especially since I have seen how nice the scenery is in your region. I don't even have a drivers license but I always enjoy when I make a longer trip on my own with public transport ☺️
Hihihi 😄 yeah candys are my weakness as child and now 🤣 How cool you kept the ponies that is great 🤩🌸 the childhood toys still feel special then when you have ones you rebought 🙈☺️ Yes, it is so amazing to travel alone in my minicampervan ☺️💖 for me it is like getting rid of all the unnecessary thoughts in my head and getting new skills and strengh ☺️ love it ☺️ But I know what you mean with travel in public transport :) there you can see the landscape passing by and making some talks with others ☺️
So much fun!! I love your labels too! Maybe Google drive? I have a lot of second hand toy friends all over the US. I think Texas has the best thrift stores for vintage toys. I am from Michigan myself.
Thank you ☺️ yes I will inform about google drive and it if works do a video on how you get the labels ☺️ Oh cool thanks for letting me know :) we have San Diego, California in mind to visit next year ☺️
@vintagegaudi no problem! I have friend in Texas and she finds so many toys she has her own toy group on FB. It is now called "second chance toy flash sales" I believe. But it's a lot of US and international sellers that thrift.
If you do go to the U.S., you can find some great deals on dolls of the world Barbies. I've found them new in the box here for $15-20. They seem to be really common here for some reason. The Holiday Barbies are really common too, although thrift stores either sell them for cheap (like $15) or think they're woth $80. lol Our chain thrift stores here are hit and miss. Lately, a lot of the chain stores like Goodwill have been setting aside anything vintage and selling it on their auction website. All I ever find are sad naked Millies. You could put the label file on Google drive for free. I've seen people post google drive links in their youtube video descriptions. The free storage is limited, but it would work great for a Microsoft Word file.
Oh how cool ☺️ I wonder if and what I will find next year if we really travel to the US ☺️ for now we are in the planning phase ☺️🌸 Thank you so much for the tipp with google drive. I will check there and if it works for me I will upload there the word files ☺️
Nr. 6 is online 🤩🌸💖 my 1000 subscribers Q&A video ☺️💖
