I love you and your videos. You show it how its is and not the Instagram bullsh*t. You show the good, the bad and everything in between. You have my respect and appreciation for that, thank you.
I am so incredibly proud of you for allowing yourself to be vulnerable to an often harsh and unforgiving platform. You've given me ideas and inspiration for my own temporary build in my old Durango! Thank you for being an inspiration ❤
“Professionals”, like me, started off just like you and you seem to be doing it the exact way a professional would for hard custom cuts like that. Cardboard templates and just keep trimming and checking your work til you like it. Thanks for inspiring me to convert my Tahoe into a comfortable hunting rig.
You are very realistic and smart. And you are a positive Lady. I Admire you for being honest. And you are an inspiration for many. And I'm one of them. 😊
I’m in the process of coming up with a plan or layout I should say for my Grand Cherokee. I love watching your videos because I’m in the same boat. You should absolutely be very proud of yourself and what you have accomplished. I think it looks great so far!!
So cool! Happy to be here for you in spirit.😊 I'll be uploading a video going over the solar and electrical setup tomorrow - hoping it will be helpful for you fellow builders!
Impressive that you were strong enough to completely tear apart that suv and build What you did. Most people would have got someone else to do it, and you jumped right in, and tried and tried. Good for you! Nice channel
"The kitchen cabinet and I needed some time apart" killed me 😂. Not to laugh at the frustration, because I built out my subaru outback and 1000% have been there. Just recently came across your channel, and you're a gem in a land of boring, cookie cutter people. Keep up the great content!
Thank you so much for posting the good, the bad, AND the ugly while you figured out this build. You're inspiring and saving someone some headaches with their own builds. I see a lot of videos just showing the pretty (finished) parts and, while it can be helpful...I don't think it's nearly as informative as seeing "what not to do" as well. ;) Thanks for doing the hard work for us. LOL!
Well this was a DELIGHTFUL vid. I've been following your journey because I'm considering doing something similar and have NO IDEA what I'm doing. But I'm not a complete cluck. Medium cluck. However...CAPABLE. Like you! Time to make some new brain wrinkles. Thanks for being brave and sharing. It's empowering! -Inspired Insufficiently-Skilled Human
Hi Megan You are absolutely Right To step out of your comfort zone and try something new You are doing great and I will give you this (PMA) Positive Mental Attitude IF you believe it you can Achieve it God Didn't Bring you to it to say you can't NO I believe he said I can do ALL things through Christ who gives me strength
@@debpadilla7242 Well, I decided to use 1/2" to save on cost and weight which was valuable. The difficulty with this thickness is it is the minimum viable thickness when using pocket hole screws. Perhaps if I were more experienced using pocket hole joinery, 1/2" would be fine but there was less room for error for me!
Doing a good job , most people haven't learned the skills yet good job

I dont really see anything you are doing wrong. The best way to learn i find is by doing it. Keep up the awesome work!

Way to go! I did a simple platform build and it takes a lot of time but the end is always awesome. Good job!
The adventures are 10000% worth it 😄
You inspire this ole' lady!
This is so sweet, I am honored to be a little inspiration!!

YAY!
I have zero experience & want to start my xterra build I just don’t know where to start and am all on my own 😭
🙌🙌
Omg 🥹😭
Awh 🤗💕
So I’m in the process of turning my trailblazer into a camper , I like the cabinets, what size wood did you use , plywood ?
1/2" birch plywood. I might've benefitted from some 3/4"... but it worked!

👍👍I am trying to build camper in my grand Cherokee and it’s not easy because it’s a small inside 🥲
You're the second Grand Cherokee comment I have seen today! It's not quite as box-y shaped either. 🫢 Here if you have any questions!!
