Is there a smaller hopper option for Anfim SP II than 2 kg ? I've noticed the scody or cody grinders have one, so I'm wondering if it would also fit SP II grinder ?
What dosing cup is it, and where would I be able to get that setup for the anfim grinder where you put the scale on. I'm located in the Netherlands if that matters.
Hey thanks for the comment! :) This is a little specific to the Anfim SP2 however the process is generally very similar. We recently released a video on cleaning and maintenance of the La Marzocco Swift grinder where you will see some of the same cleaning practices applied. Here's the link to that video: th-cam.com/video/LLzAI57WhmY/w-d-xo.html
Okay, so at the shop today I was able to make the switch! Thank you SOOOOOO much, the owners of the shop were considering sending this beast back and getting some mazzer bs. (been there, done that) During our peak we did close to 1,000 USD in coffee sales, it was a breeze and literally only had to tighten up the grind once throughout the day. So clean, so consistent and man you can taste the difference. 🤙🏾Much Mahalos!
Hello, my new job is barista. I am having an amphitheater milano grinder problem. When thinning, 18 grams of coffee flows for 30 seconds or more. This is the formula I'm looking for: 18 grams of espresso, 27 and 28 seconds, non-sour taste. How do I need to calibrate the machine for this? I find 18 grams of espresso, but it still tastes sour. And the result is higher than 30 seconds. As a result ; For 18 19 g espresso, 27 and 28 seconds flow, non-sour taste, what should be the grinder time and setting?
You need to make the grind more coarse. It will flow quicker than 30sec. The sour taste can also be the coffee, is it a light, medium or dark roast coffee?
The indication red arrow can move, you can take it off, make the grind finer where you need it and then put it back on where it would be at a middle number like 6
What is the perfect grind size of espresso in this Anfim grinder ??? Am new with the grinder that's why am asking , like the grind size should range from ???? 6.5 or what ?
Ok. So the numbers are only a reference point that change as the blades wear down. Check out our latest video on how we season a new grinder. It may help you. You can feel the grind and it should be finer than sand but, if it’s clumping it is a bit too fine. It’s best to start coarser then test your extraction and adjust. grinder numbers will not be the same in different brands
No many are, as soon as you get a scale you will realise this. Bigger flat burr grinders are better but still you get a .1 to .7 variable. So weighing pots are our recommendation. 👍🏻
Thanks, we literally just purchased this grinder 3 weeks ago and this was very helpful!
👍🏻
Awsome vid, thanks brother!!
Good videol. Thanks. How can I find the holder (?) for scale attached on grinder?
Hi we can supply them for you? Or any anfim seller can help

Would a hopper bellow work to assist with cleaning and avoid the need to take the spout off?
It really as the clump crusher holds back the grind. It’s really easy to assess
how to set up the grinder and one touch the button get the full dose ?
You have to hold the menu button and turn the unit on and off, then it bring a up the menu. You then Change the broken to “one touch” setting .
@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters thanks i will try it!
Is it true that I should not adjust the grinding when the grinder is off?
Not true, you can do it, the issue is that you can clamp a bean between the top and bottom burr causing it to lock up. This is not good for the motor.
where to buy the holder for the scale on the grinder
If your in Australia we can help you, or ask your supplier for anfim grinders as these are originals

Fantastic as always. Where would you place the SP2 when compared to Mahlkonig e80? Trying to make some tough decisions here 😁
Where can I buy this accessory?
The grinder? Or the brush? Or the scale holder?
Hi there! Great demo! How did you set the button to automatic?
You have to access the service tech menu and change it. It’s the first change you can make.. ask your tech 👍🏻
Artisti Coffee Roasters. Can anyone access the tech menu on the grinder?
