    Since I saw this series of videos the first time a couple of years ago, I became a consistent Barista and I feel professional and obsessive and happy doin what others think is not important... Thank u my friend.

    Somewhere picked up the habit to clean the group head and shower screen after every shot on my home machine, good to know it has a benefit, now just to backflush after each session

    I use a nickel to unscrew the screen. Fits the screw slot perfectly and doesn't mar it up like screwdrivers.

    Why are you jiggling the handle when back flushing? Firstly you are releasing and closing pressure which is not only dangerous to the operator of being showered in hot water it is also not allowing the machine to actually back flush... and you are also wearing your seals / rubbers out quicker than they should.
