Es ist so schön ihnen beim Tanzen zuzusehen. Bianca lächelt immer und
Nils ist so souverän. Sie tanzen mit Spaß und machen keinen Sport daraus
wie andere Paare. Wenn man ihnen zuschaut wünscht man sich auch so
tanzen zu können. Die beiden sind großartig!

I usually watch the female performer more than her partner. Except maybe when it's Fred Astaire, or Gene Kelly... or Nils.

The let the dancing get into all the people watching and awesome. You could put you monies worth on them as winners in all categories. Lots of amazing dancers, but they do things different, and always a joyful atmosphere.
And I just discovered West Coast Swing dancers, check out Ben Morris... And Emeline Rochefeuille for the girls, a pure treat she is.
Someone should make a Fred Astaire style dance movie starring these two!

Shannon Berger: You're comment is spot-on, it is indeed uplifting--and that;s just from watching it! Must be much, much more so dancing to it--just look at Bianca's face beak into a smile when Nils successfully pulls of that backward slide over her, and her joyfully triumphant strutting for the rest of the dance.
Dance IS so uplifting: when I was dancing a huge amount I found quickstep and jive the most uplifting, but swing, which wasn't available locally, is probably even better. Dance allows one to express the full range of emotions, be they romantic, angry, erotic , sophisticated ,tender or sassy, or other emotions or moods without harming anyone. Despite my being well in control of my emotions in all other things, I always put myself into the mood of the dance--dancing without emotion isn't dancing, it's merely exercising to music. :-)

It makes us, the viewers, tap toes and just boogie on with them. My parents danced halfway like this at a party they threw, but they were the ones who danced. My father knew the moves but there was no expression like Nils’ who is grinning with happiness.
That was incredible!! usually the woman is the central figure and eye catcher, but he is so unique and creative, I can't take my eyes off him!

This is my favorite dance video of B&N, and this is the prettiest dress I have seen Bianca wear.

I just found this agan, it's great!
They are such a brilliantly matched dance partnership, both dance from the tips of their toes to their eyebrows, which is absolutely necessary o express the spirit of this (or any other) dance, IMO.
Their sheer joy of dance is apparent throughout the routine, and that cannot be faked: My dance days are finished, but watching these two is a real tonic!
