Use the supplied USB cable to charge from a computer. When the battery indicator has a solid red light, your headset is charging. When the headset is fully charged, the battery indicator turns solid green for five minutes and is turned off. Unable to connect bluetooth on my phone due to incorrect password or passkey but it doesn't come up with an option to key in the code.

I'm not happy, too quiet headphones. At maximum, I do not hear properly. At Plantronics I had to turn down how loud it was. Jabra thumbs down.
