This band still sounds so fricking fresh. When I was 16 a band that been around for 25 years put out a new album out and they sounded old! It was AC/DC stiff upper lip. It wasn't a bad album but it sounded like it came from the 70's-80's period. Korn do not sound like the 90s to me. Their sound still regains elements of that sound just it's Korn in 2019, they've embraced change and have evolved while still having integrity. Maybe I'm talking garbage but that's my thought process with this new album anyway. Anyone clambering for David's return needs to give Ray his due, his performances on s.o.s and the nothing are nothing short of incredible.
