Howard Steamboat Museum house history

'A River Palace on Dry Land' is the title of this talk by historian Christina Pfau on May 8, 2024. It is the history of the Howard mansion which is now the Howard Steamboat Museum in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This is Part 1 which discusses the construction and exterior design of the house. Part 2 will feature the interior design, and will be presented in the Fall of 2024.
