I completely agree with Rico here. If you’re in her friend-zone, it means you do nothing to turn her on sexually. Even if she does find you visually attractive or appealing in other ways, it’s not enough to motivate her to want to give anything with you a chance. The thing about this is that it doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re a bad guy or a low self-esteem guy like she suggested, it just means that you’re not her cup of tea. To Rico’s point, if you have to do xyz to “upgrade” yourself in order to “qualify” for her sexual taste, then it’s like the juice isn’t worth the squeeze because her newfound attraction to you is contingent on your money or your clothes or your car - it’s not genuine aka she doesn’t value “you” - she just values a bunch of additives, because at your core you are still the same man she wasn’t attracted to before. I had a child with the woman that friend zone me, but I played it a different way I made her want me by showing her I was already upgraded and I didn't want her because I had options.
