I dont think this is a new Astralis lineup as it is an old Heroic lineup. Its kinda funny though. They couldn't get Device to Heroic. So they took Heroic to Device.

The thing with Astralis is that the CEO or owner of Astralis I am not sure also owns Blast or is the CEO or something like that that is why they can get special treatment
Astralis & Blast used to be owned/run by RFRSH until 2019. RFRSH also owned Norse, Heroic & Godsent. But I don't think the scandal had anything to do with BLAST favouring Astralis but about Astralis being scummy and abusing the TO's goodwill. Last year Blast denied their request to play with Stavn and Jabbi at Fall Final and they had to play with the old roster with Borup and Buzz. This time they lied about Br0 being unfit and naturally Blast thought it was a medical emergency. cadiaN hadn't been announced by then so it was hard for Blast to suspect foul play. The emergency substitution rule doesn't specify who subs an unwell player so Astralis basically abused that clause. I just hope they won't get away with it because it's been proven that Br0 isn't sick
