It’s bullshit. Provide regular carpool lanes free of toll. Why do I need fast track device to use carpool lane?
In Southern California, a driver with passenger can use regular carpool lane without fast track. Make the lanes easier to use without fast track and also get rid of variable tolls. 😢

You don’t pay the full price of the roads, not even close. And you’ve paid nothing for the true value of the road which is to take up valuable space on the road which is what causes congestion. It gave you options to not pay so either adapt or pay your fair share
