No need to create it's system generated if you allow your table a delete option.

@@JoeTayactac ,. I mean to say that the form file for entering the reason for deletion should be opened when someone clicks on the delete icon.

I'm not sure if a totally understand. However if you want to create a delete icon you can do that also by creating new action (delete this row),choose a table where you want to show the action icon and show prominently in appearance. If you wish to add an option delete reason you can add a column for [delete reason] and check the required. You can also apply valid if in [delete reason] like valid if they place the correct password text.

Multi select delete not updating details

It should work during multi select delete . Unless you are deleting in Recycle Bin it will gone forever 😁

@@JoeTayactac . Only single deleted data is visible in the recycle bin. But when I delete multiple items, only one item shows in the recycle bin.
