Things I have learned over 59 or 60 reps of cent, for his full charged punch, instead of doing the dive, you can do a light into charged heavy, that way you can continue your chain as they get up. If they are close, the light will hit, causing more damage than the dive. Only downside is you don't regain max stam from doing light heavy.
I’m still not 100% on what wall splat combo i like, the Level 3 punch into eagles talon or, a charged heavy into level 2 punch or throw again, before the Cent rework I could pretty much make the player go from 100 to 0 with one wall splat with all confirmed, now I don’t get even half
@@chubbyitalian6553 That seems good for if you catch them early with it, when you both have max stam, but the top heavy to regain stam really helps keep the pressure on because your still in range to do pretty much any opener again. And I’m 99% sure you have frame advantage still
the guardbreaks go through because the attack is heavy hitstun and cent cancel recovery after first zone hit is fast enough that it even beats light attack gb vulnerabilities. In other words if enemy presses anything except gb or nothing he well be guardbroken. U can also use his zone against fullblock opponents to parry the ripostes except for bash ripostes and VGs fullblock.
Cent seriously depends on his heavies. Lights would give light hitstun, but heavies even block force the opponent to make a read to the punch follow up
Its about timing the light attacks after getting the gb off successfully, its tap, small pause tap, tap. Best i can recommend is just trying in practice against a bot just to get a feel of the timing
Yeah I got you man the way to light parry is well watching a little white flash that appears on your Ui guard I recommend going to the training settings the bot to lights only and turning the move cooldown option off so this 10 mins a day and light parrying will improve overtime
Just started the game 2 days ago. Im struggling heavily with feints and dodging attacks. I seem to not be able to follow up on dodges unless with a fully charged punch but i rarely have the time to get that. And then feints, these people seem to accidentally feint everything so Im not able to read their movements?
Ive just started playing after about 3 years and im in such sweaty lobbys i cant even get damage on people most the tume can anyone give me tips how to just get better because i dont wven know what a charged heavy is

That beep scared the hell out of me cuz i had u turned up but the beep was soo much louder
If you're completely new i suggest you to write all the basic combos, attack inputs, etc.
You can write it in a book
You can Feint the zone at any point and get a pretty much confirmed guard break because most players don’t react

@@Osman1c57 the zone works against kyoshin also
Cent having the crazy fast heavy follow up to his first heavy giving you 50 something damage within a second is crazy

I’ve been seeing judge and executioner edits so now I wanna learn Cent😂
At 4:13 how did he do the punch without using a light or heavy?
It’s his parry counter
How do you get more than one punch on the guardbreak? I can only seem to get one punch before throwing the enemy

You have to time the punches, you can’t spam it
You can do light and then Guarbreak or heavy then guardbreak and you have time it more than just spamming it
press the light attack input slowly and don't spam it
I started for honor like a week ago and centurion was free, I just fell in love with this character asap hahah

I was thinking about trying to learn Centurion and then this video just appeared in my feed. Is it a signal? :D
It’s super fun, if you get down feints you can wipe everything out
Same here, i tried centurion few days ago on my teammates in training mode and now im saving steel to buy him
Whenever I try and go for the punch light, punch light they always doge out of it. Am I doing something wrong?
There watching your pattern that’s all
You can cancel the punch and go for a grab if they keep dodging. He sure is a tough character to use that’s who I’ve been playing good luck lol 😁🍀 💪🏼
Which 3 percs are the best to use in dominio?
I would say crush them, devourer, head hunter that’s what I run

How does he have that kind of armour on centurion
Higher rep levels unlock more unique sets of armor. Also you unlock metal styles like gold or silver that change the way the metal looks
