Thank you for such a lovely Christmas Jam. It was so easy to make with ingredients that I had on hand. I especially appreciate that you use no commerical pectin since cranberries have natural pectin already. Made a double batch and it came out perfect. Merry Christmas!
Watched your video and today just finished making this jam so easy to make I have more ingredients so will make another batch tomorrow morning, I used frozen cranberries and frozen strawberries just left the water out as when thawed there was enough , taste lovely Xmas gifts for friends and family ty xx

12oz bag frozen cranberries 1 quart fresh strawberries, cut into quarters 2-4 cups sugar, depends on how sweet you like it 1/2 cup water 1 fresh orange, zested and cut up in to pieces 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground clove, depends on how much you like clove Combine all ingredients in to a large pot. Bring to a boil, and then let simmer until thickened (usually 20-30 minutes) Can while hot or let cool and put in containers to be refrigerated

Recipe please
12oz bag frozen cranberries
