its definitely more than 10 feet. Ive had it trigger as far as 50-60 ft but not on a consistent basis. I would say this camera will pick up anything walking or running at 30-40 ft.
Thanks for the video. I have three of these out in the field. Been working well for the past month and battery life is still near 100%. Any suggestions to optimize the settings? I’m getting some good pictures but it seems like in hybrid mode they have already passed through the frame. I guess I may just have to choose still or video, instead of both.
They sell two different camera options Verizon and AT&T. These options are completely separate from any phone plan you have they are strictly used for whatever service works best in your area.
Customer service reset the camera for me, only took pictures when I opened the front to check the status. Returned it to try a different one. The new one wouldn't connect to service at all. Returned that and went with tactacam. 0 issues
I believe they stay unless bushnell changed something recently. I have over 12,000 pictures on there cloud service and those are from the last 5 years. Thanks for watching !
Oh my....I accidentally deleted some of my videos and pics this morning trying to figure out filters and tags. Is there a way to have bushnell send them back or are they gone forever ?
Hey Kent thanks for watching. So I believe right now the only way is to retrieve the SD card and view it on your phone, computer, etc…. The cellucore 30 that’s coming out soon allows for high res video transmission.

I had some great shots of a buck I'm targeting and it showed the wind direction now after messing around with app settings etc.trying to understand its no longer on my still photos. Will factory default fix that ?. Thanks again.
I believe when you are in your camera setting on your phone there is an option to reset. It should be on the bottom left and I believe that will reset everything to the factory settings.
I got 8 of these and love them but 1 if them just recently sent me a notification saying camera not communicating and quit sending pics. Any idea on how to fix this?
Hey Devin thanks for watching. So in my experience when I would get that notification is that the camera either lost signal (which is unlikely if if had it to start), The batteries are dead (Most likely the issue), or the camera was stolen. Something to consider and what I noticed is if the camera has moderate to low signal it will still transfer photos but it really drains the batteries because its constantly trying to get signal to send the photos. So maybe check that out when you restart the camera.

I’m having the same issue with mine. I bought it and got it all setup, has good service, new 32gb SD, new batteries and still no pics and it’s been up for 2 days now. My app says everything is set up how it should be but it won’t work. Also mine is AT&T.
Yes ! As far as the camera is concerned I have since bought another that has worked great no issues. The camera used in this video has since started to take on water so there is a leak somewhere. I called customer service and they are going to replace it. I would say overall picture quality is just ok on the basic monthly plan, they dumb down the quality of the photos to make it more affordable. I would recommend purchasing the unlimited monthly plan which is able to send full HD photos. The app just got an update which it needed severely but since then it has worked great.
So I don’t think the A20 in this video does. The New A30 coming out in a couple months not only sends video but has the option to send HD photos and videos.

I am very impressed so far. With some of there previous models I would have issues with getting signal in river bottoms and hard to reach places, but these have worked flawlessly so far. I think the best thing I like about these new cameras is how simple and easy they are to use. Very basic, nothing fancy. Thanks for watching !

hey there....about to be upgrading to these cameras. My previous cameras (aggressors and Impulse) had only "fair" service and didn't always connect. Did you ever try using the antenna wire, or are you finding that the new external antenna was enough to get the job done? Look forward to hearing more info....thx!
Yes the new antenna is way better than the original models. I do have a spot in a thick riverbottom that I’m going to try and run an antenna. When the foliage is thick I notice it struggles to maintain good signal than if the leaves are down.
I bought 3 of the Verizon ones, I’m sitting here at my house with 2-3 bars of LTE on my cell phone and after activating the free plan the first won’t connect to the cell network. Just keeps searching and times out eventually. Would hate to activate the other 2 and waste the free plan just to see if those will connect. Not impressed so far.
@@michiganoutdooraddiction4543 it’s weird. When the camera is in an area with no service, it instantly goes to solid red for cell signal. But when it’s where there is service it blinks green for several minutes before it times out and shows solid red. So it knows there is a signal, it just wont or can’t connect. My SPYPOINT cameras suck, and even they lock on in my house or my yard with no issue. So these should as well.
After trying the other 2 and a replacement, the others all worked liked you showed. What are the chances that the first one I tried was a bum. Just thought I’d update everyone!
I can honestly say I haven’t had a single issue with the new cellucore cameras. I have had issue’s with the aggressor and impulse models but nothing a phone call couldn’t fix.
@@michiganoutdooraddiction4543 Same here with the impulse and aggressor, but it wasn’t just phone a phone call. Many phone calls most of the time ending in having to send them in for a replacement. The Impulse, I already sent 3 back for replacements. I’m currently on my 4th and 5th impulse and one is already acting funny. Now their customer service is truly great, top notch but no help on the weekends when needed most. It seems Bushnell really rushes these things to market after minimal testing, I hope that isn’t true. I just got my cellucore in today and I hope it pans out, if not they will sadly loose me as a customer. Haven’t had an Impulse work for more than 6 months and do the things they claim they will do.
I will never buy another thing from bushnell… I purchased 4 impulse cameras last year and they are absolutely garbage… the service people are even worse
Man that’s crazy. I’ve had minor issues with the Impulse but nothing a phone call didn’t fix. As far as the customer service I’ve always had a really good experience.

On my app it says that my cell signal and storage is bad but I have a 32GB sd card and I haven’t figured it out yet

Not sure resetting will fix the filters. All that info should stay on the picture as far as I know.

NOTE: These only work with 32 or lower SD cars. Anything higher it will not capture. Hope this helps someone.

Can you buy 1 data plan and have multiple cameras running off of it? Or do you have to pay monthly per camera on its own plan?
unfortunately, every camera has its own plan.
if you used any bushnell cellular camera and say you havent had any problems except batteries you are not telling the truth.

I’ve heard nothing but good things from the new tactacams reveal x’s. Can’t go wrong with those 👍
